  1. I laughed. Is it bad that I don't know my password for this account? It's one of two, but I'm not sure which one I used. Chobit knows, though, thanks to the Incident-That-Shall-Not-Be-Mentioned.
  2. I rise in defense of the website! I <3 FB. Kept me in touch with my family and friends, and it's how my current relationship started. Wanna talk sucky? Google+. That's sucky!
  3. Nerds, mostly. Brother's a robotics tech. my sister has dual degrees in physics and computer science plus a PhD in Food Science. and my other sister's a math nut. we're all some degree of Trekkie, and get most of the jokes on Big Bang Theory before they get translated into everyday people speak
  4. Ok, I'm stealing this for my FB page. I have family that'll appreciate it.
  5. Bribery, weasel killing and now grand discussions on the nature of humanity. This thread has it all!
  6. It's only fair, in high school I had a friend who made a point of getting the song "Savages" from Pocahontas stuck in my head every. single. math class. I wasn't too keen on math anyway, then that!
  7. I think you're all overlooking the easiest explanation. Here, let Weird Al educate you - In the Empire of Chobit, it is EVERYDAY.
  8. So that later in life, you can do the same to other people who have exams. It's the circle of life... Also, hi Chobit!
  9. Trying to have a rational conversation on this thread is like trying to look up only one thing on TvTropes. It just don't work that way...
  10. The question is, how many is Chobit willing to pay for me not to reveal my secrets... and by how much can you top it? xD
  11. I'm not the maniac who's obsessed with them. But I'll take the dark chocolate ones. At a 50% increase in price, given the dilution of pure chocolately goodness.
  12. If it's the question I think it is, I know the answer! I can be bribed with cash, gems, or dark chocolate.
  13. Oh fman, I Love the Minecraft end credits! The first time I got that far, I watched them and just sat in shock for like, ten minutes... "and the universe said I love you because you are love." I should mention, I was going through a highly depressed state. Still am, actually. But reading the credits... makes me feel like someone cares. And that's all I need.
  14. ONE OF US ONE OF US ONE OF US Actually, can I say that not having watched a full episode of Yamato?
  15. Not a big game player. But the ones I do play, if they have a storyline, holy COW do I get emotionally involved. Take Minecraft, for example. I make up the story as I go. Or tell different stories depending on what I'm doing in the world. Heck, I have one world dedicated to set design for Stories-I-Want-To-Tell-But-Lack-The-Writing-Ability. That said, I have heard great things about both Portal and Mass Effect. And I do wish to play them. Someday.
  16. Yup. OMG, did I like it. Enough continuity with the original series, but enough new stuff to really make it interesting. Of course, I watch movies emotionally. So, easily-detected plot twists (SHUT UP CHOBIT! xD I caught on eventually) were less noticeable. I really didn't like Uhura's role in this one. Although I kinda understand how she feels, bringing up relationship issues in front of fellow crew is bad form. Also, she SO should not be dating a ranking officer... It was really funny, though. You could so tell who the Trekkies in the audience were. I got weird looks for awhile, though. Was wearing my "Trekkie" Tshirt. You'd think no one expects a woman to like Star Trek! s
  17. Oh. Wow. I step out to go see Into Darkness (side note - AHHHHHHH *fangirlisms!*) and I come back to see the universe destroyed. Good to know.
  18. *eats popcorn* >.> <.< *turns redwolfy into a fluffy kitten, scoops him(?) up and runs like fury* KITTY CAT!!! :D
