Last I checked, I didn't post the image. I was mentioning the situation, keeping the eager hordes up to date. EDIT - oooh, *that* image... That was Chobit borrowing my account (with permission, I might add) to contact Cap'n Skunky and incidentally let people know.

Waiting on a response back. However, our prevailing theory has to do with her last post in the art thread, and the image that got removed.

So, for various reasons (i.e., a boyfriend living rent-free inside my head in the best of ways; an as-yet fruitless but tiring search for employment; and SOMEONE'S really bad habit of disappearing from FB chat right when I need help with technological details) the fanfic is under a delay. It will get written, however. Eventually. I promise. Until then, flatter Chobit's artwork constantly, so I don't have to deal with the whining all alone I kid, Chobit.

So, Chobit just left. Instead of working on PfL, we watched several episodes of season 1 Stargate-SG1. Sorry to disappoint.

I have no words for how confused I am. But it's also really REALLY funny. So carry on. Within limits. Don't want Chobit to turn anyone *else* into a cat. Not the crazy cat lady type. Me, on the other hand...

TBay refers to the city I used to live in. Thunder Bay, Ontario. Where they're still getting snow, I hear. And I was outside in shorts, tanktop and bare feet today. Gosh, I love spring... xD

Hey Chobit, you do know my Firefly collection is somewhere between TBay and here, right? Quoting it while I can't watch it does not a happy Trekkette make. Unhappy Trekette doesn't write too good.

So, interesting news. As a result of my encounter with dear friend/potential romantic partner today, I have emailed character outlines to Chobit. Not on the website yet, because of art reasons, but still. I have contributed! In a tangible way! Not just critiquing WIPs! I still have a whole pile of secondary characters to create/flesh out, but that's so much fun, it's hardly work at all. Also, the PRP has been very helpful in that respect. He's probably one of the greatest guys I know, and the greatest one that 1)I'm not related too or 2) is not a celebrity. Too bad he steals chocolate, though...

Yes, do that. It'll fit her personality. So, turns out when you're the youngest of 4 kids who hasn't been home in 18+ months, you get a bit... smothered with parental love. In my family, this takes the form of being assigned house-keeping tasks. Yay me? Plus, one of my dear friends/hopeful romantic partner is coming over later this week. Luckily, he's really interested in the PfL project and I can bounce ideas off him. So, writing continues apace. Hold tight, ya'll!

Little bit of both, really. *blush* Also, the moving thing that Chobit mentioned. I did get some writing done on the bus, though, so there's that. I'm really trying to get chaaracter outlines done by the start of next week, so Chobit can get artz done. Then that'll be updated on the website. Hold tight!

Okay. Now that I'm aware of at least one person with an actual interest in reading PfL, that means I should start. Like, soonish... Never fear, ideas are always churning. I just need to be able to write them down. Luckily, I have a 25 hour Greyhound trip starting in about 6 days and 11 hours (if I did the math right...) (I probably didn't...), so that'll be plenty of time to brainstorm and write. Long story short, never fear!

You would, too... Actually, I know of a pretty good seed for that. May not be big enough, though...

I hate endermen. Even though they sound kinda like the Borg when they're mad. I've actually been playing with the new snapshot. And a few modpacks I've fallen in love with. Eventually, this links back to the fanfic. I use creative mode to build sets for whatever I'm trying to write. Makes it make more sense to me. Chobit's art is great, but I need to play around with interiors. Helps me understand the characters.

I had to remake my account. Then my email derped enough to not get the confirm registration email. As for writing... oh hey! Birdy! Everyone looks at the birdy and not me! xD ... As Chobit said, I'm packing. And today we're getting a terrible winter storm. 2 or more feet of snow, blowing whiteouts, city transit status is "NOPE"... Actually, that sounds like a terrible reason for avoiding writing. My only other excuse is "MINECRAFT." Is that valid?
