Școala Gimnazială nr. 79 "Nicolae Teodoreanu", Bucharest, Romania (Middle School nr. 79 "Nicolae Teodoreanu") We like long names over here. Makes 'em seem cooler.

The Penultimate one is Asterix and Obelix along with their dog Dogmatix. Still don't know the last one! @TechnicalK3rbal: They're people from cartoons. Ex: The Simpsons, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, South Park etc.

[AAR] The Grand Tour - Voyage To The Planets
Maxilica replied to czokletmuss's topic in KSP Fan Works
Man... I don't quite know what to say... Jeb, I thought we were friends! And the next chapter will be NEXT WEEK? I don't have anything against that, but I do have something about these cliffhangers! I'm dying here because of the suspense! -

No, that was from the Nautilius Pack by BobCat. -

ERMEGHERD CHAPTERS No, seriously, that was an intense chapter. Kudos to you, Czok! -
I've seen those before. Try searching for Near-Future Parts or something like that.

Just what I was looking for! Thanks guys

If you read czokletmuss' Voyage to the Planets (one of the best KSP fan works I have ever read), you know that some of his pictures are first person (from a kerbal's point of view). So what I would like to ask is: How does he do it? Is it some feature of KerbCam or is it a different mod? Any help will be... Well, helpful. Cheers!

[AAR] The Grand Tour - Voyage To The Planets
Maxilica replied to czokletmuss's topic in KSP Fan Works
Oh, I forgot about Kalliningrad... That representation is PROBABLY what is going to happen, Poland in the lead while towing Romania. The army over here isn't exactly the best, and most of our troops are in the Middle East. Amen. Also, aren't we braking the forum rules? -

It's OK, I feel your pain. Ukraine borders Romania too, so let's hope that nothing develops. -

Without giving too much away, what basically happened was: "Screw it, let's go home!" -
Sorry, I'm not really good with .cfg files. In the worst case you could just HyperEdit the ship into orbit. This seems more like a bug to me - docking ports are prone to them.

Well, you have got to remember that even Scott Manley struggled with this...

If that's a LAMGML, it's being deployed a bit too high, I think... Although looking at the rest of the body, it doesn't really look like this... Or it's just me. Also, what mod do you use for the first person shots? KerbCam? -
...I see what you did there!
-
I think that this has been answered before, but what mods do you use for the KTS?

You know, I thnk that this will end a bit like "Europa Report"... The crewmembers going down one by one, the cancellation of stuff, low crew morale, and of course extrakerbestrials. -

AEROBRAKING While it may be a pain for the crew and risky, it will save on fuel so that if something DOES go wrong they will have extra fuel to account for it... That is if the fusion cores don't blow up or something. -
You discover an asteroid. What do you name it?
Maxilica replied to Naten's topic in Science & Spaceflight
I'd name mine "Tennant", after (in my opinion, at least) the best doctor and one of my favourite actors. -
soyuz the underappreciated workhorse?
Maxilica replied to crazyewok's topic in Science & Spaceflight
The Soyuz is one sturdy vessel. Say what you want about Soviet/Russian engineering, but I find it amazing that they've been using practically the same design since 1967... Also, on Soyuz 23, the capsule performed a water landing, but sank due to the water filling up the parachutes (like in last year's Gravity). The rescue team didn't come until the next morning due to the fog, but all this time the capsule remained water-tight and the cosmonauts were OK (although they WERE running low on power...) -

I feel sorry for you! MINUS 35? With the same thing going on in America, you could say we're having an ice age... I just came up with an idea for the ending of this story! -

How cold IS IT in Warsaw? We're being swept by an enourmous blizzard in Bucharest (and basically all of Romania)! -
RCS thrusters built into command pods
Maxilica replied to Bobe's topic in KSP1 Suggestions & Development Discussion
If I'm not wrong, the pods do have Monopropellant (as of .23), saving the need to put R.C.S. pods on the ship. However, if the pod is going solo, then it's completely useless, which is why I agree with your statement. It'd be quite cool! -
While building a new module for my Minmus station, I found this at the bottom of the Science Lab: It reads "ISS" and "MIR" (in Cyrillic). Just thought I'd let you know.
