  1. nut how do you attach it in space> do we add an extra docking port to the toip of destiny, or do we just and a docking port to the bootme of the truss and dock it to unity? at the moment ai have it docked to unbity
  2. A few quick things to ask, how do we use the PMAs? From what I have seen so far from playing with the pack, is that the PMA doesnt function like a docking port so how do we attach things together with it?
  3. I might have a slight problem to report. I am trying to assemble the ISS in the SPH (just to get an idea of how everything is going to fit together, and I cannot get the side of the FCB that docks to the PMA to attach to anything. I can attach one of the mir ports to it, but it just wont snap to anything, its almost as if the node isnt there
  4. I think you may have linked to the wrong page BobCat. It says that it I am not authorized to view page. I can however see the ISS pack on the front page of the spaceport. Anyway, time for a clean ksp install, its starting to get a bit unstable so I may have to drop some things to get this in. The problem with so many great modders is that there are so many great mods xD the poor loading system just cant handle the amount of mods that I throw at it EDIT: I should probably say thank you to everyone who made this mod
  5. I'm not sure how it would be implemented, but would it be possible to do something akin to what is being done in this mod? Hollow structures I don't know whether at the size that is being worked on at the moment would work if it were to be made hollow, but it might be a consideration EDIT slightly off topic, have you seen what chris hadfield said about the ammonia leak on the ISS? A little bit worrying.
  6. I cant wait to get my mits on this It will be nice to relax with some KSP after finally finishing dissertation lab work
  7. They do seem to be standing around the leg thinking, now what do we do with this?
  8. Oooh very good I look forward to it
  9. Are you hinting that you are are going to be making an exo suit for kerbals that would be amazing! *Excuse my poor photoshop skills*
  10. It's Estimated Time of Arrival, or basically when the mod might be released
  11. Very nice I'm looking forward to this so I can take the venture star on a grand tour of the kerbin system and have the valkyrie visit all the planet's. I don't mean to be intrusive, but is there an ETA on the valkyrie?
  12. OVER 9000!!! I've got to say though, that is some pretty darn impressive flying there Also on a slightly different note, is it possible to refuel the px-2? I was planning to use them to replace the valkyries on my ISV venture star, and go on a grand tour with them. I know they have plenty of fuel onboard, I was just wondering if it was possible
  13. Ooooh, does this mean that you have the serenity in the works? I loved that series, just a shame they cancelled it after its first season So is that cargo bay going to be representative of the one that will be on the sulaco, or is it just a prototype as you said?
  14. haha yeah, and there are b9 parts in there, it has the B9 drone cockpit and the front adapter. It also has the RCS tanks from KW rocketry. Its not actually very good at moving things accurately, contrary to how it may look
  15. However......not with the RCS GOJIRA! Features RCS!!! 1440 Individual RCS ports to help move those weighty payloads Arms to wrap around payload to increase stability (feature not yet tested) Unmanned in case of a 'mishap' 4 3.75m tanks of RCS to keep you going for a few minutes Looks funny when the ASAS is turned on
  16. Well obviously you aren't using enough SRBs I'm usually fine launching designs, and I can dock smaller parts, like spice station parts just fine. At the moment I am designing a rotating habitat ring for my space station. Although I can imagine the maneuvering something that is so big it requires the gojira to get out into orbit would require some serious torque or RCS power, maybe those massive RCS blocks have fondly found a use
  17. I suppose using the gojira simply to get stuff into orbit would work, and then a smaller orbital tug to get stuff into position. It would certainly McKee it interesting to assemble your starship in orbit. Although knowing me the final ship would probably end up like a partially solved Rubik cube xD
  18. Excuse me, but how do you intend on assembling the pieces one they are in orbit? Personally I have trouble getting the wt51 into a precise orbit, so rendezvousing would be even harder :S also how will you assemble the individual parts? Will it be under their own power?
  19. Wow, all of that work for a landing leg? That's really impressive, and it looks really good if that leg is anything to go by, I can't wait for the rest of the drop ship
  20. Oh I don't doubt Devos' ability to make it to scale , its more a question of can the games physics engine handle it. Looking back at the bobcat thread, it seems that the size and mass of the thing was breaking physics, and even managed to summon the kraken :S
  21. That was a really good idea to use those tanks like that +1 I had been trying to make an orion looking spacecraft but the parts never looked right. How much fuel does it have compared to the other stock fuel tanks?
