In r4 can you make a floating garage part for the carrier for like boat planes and stuff

I found a little mod that fixes the lose of control when the carrier has no docked items on it its the sea sickness cure form the spaceport

well I had a mk 4 my first launch uss enterprise and I went out of that save to check a mun lander in anther file and I went to go back and got corrupt save file and had to delete it im using an hp lap top with invida drive and amd a6 vision process
