  1. Not until the devs add docking, no. Docking should be added in the next few updates.
  2. You might want to fix that. All these will come eventually, but I wouldn\'t be asking for release dates. In my opinion, I prefer not knowing the next update until they start work on it. It makes it more mystery and excitement.
  3. Sorry. It just reads more like a script than a story. Plus the grammar is off. It\'s pretty easy to capitalize the beginning of each sentence. I got the basics down, but the whole thing feels lifeless.
  4. Your writing is very short and unorganized. It also feels very flat and emotionless. The poor organization doesn\'t help. I also don\'t see anything that has to do with Kerbal and am very lost on the rest. Just my two cents.
  5. Do you know how to create a face where one wasn\'t? Right now I just do 'extrude' and then 'remove doubles', but it leaves multiple faces instead of just one. Nothing to serious, but it\'s bugging me like hell.
  6. This is either a problem with your model, or the fact you have two node colliders. Make sure your engines and fuel tanks are centered. You don\'t want them below or above the grid. Also, with the new mesh colliders in unity, you don\'t need a node collider, so remove that and make a collider directly from the mesh. Hope I helped. I love your parts btw.
  7. HTFU Carebear noob. EVE insults aside, EVE is very much a hard game and the devs aren\'t going to cuddle you if the big bad gatecamper blew your puny mining frigate up. EVE is a sandbox, you are going to have to grow up and accept that some people will kick sand. Also:
  8. Ok. Hmm. I\'m getting similar shading bugs like this as well. My parts usually end up way too shiny in the editor preview. Fine everywhere else though.
  9. Why multijoint? KSP supports animation by default now. You have to use the new part tools for unity though.
  10. Make sure you do the agent missions. While they may seem boring at times, they give you pretty good cash.
  11. I don\'t know if it was a fail, or a win. I got bored on my computer and decided to check on my brother. As it turns out, he was building an anti-debris missile to take out the stages from his Mun missions. He went to go take his shower and I hopped on his computer and launched that sucker on a direct collusion course with the Mun. T\'was amazing. 8)
  12. Very dark and eerie. I like it!
  13. \Didn\'t know that. But there still is another issue. A baby born in space will never visit Earth without an exoskeleton suit. Reproduction in space would make a new species of human. Actually, that seems like a neat experiment. If we got past ethical issues of it, we could place a massive ship in an elliptical orbit around the sun, wait a few decades before it returns, and meet the new species of spacepeople.
  14. I like the shading and the nice smooth style. Nice improvement. By the way, the link you posted to the old comic seems to be 404\'d.
  15. You would definitely need an artificial gravity source. Two reasons: 1. Newtons Third Law. 2. In a low gravity environment, all the blood flows to your head, instead of where it\'s needed. Only upside is that the low gravity makes breasts larger, but that\'s about it. =P
  16. Seems interesting. Considering, Kerbals are plants until further development. What I wan\'t to really know about is Kerbal evolution. There are grass, trees, and Kerbals. Where\'s the missing link?
  17. As far as I know, Kerbal Comics is not canon. You can\'t really take that from a humorous fan comic. I am going to guess that Kerbals either reproduce by budding, or they grow on trees, because they always seem to come back.
  18. You need to change the cfg file too. And Unity is very useful. If you want your engines to glow or your textures to look more high detailed without complex modeling (normal maps). Unity also supports animations. Unity isn\'t a modeling engine. It\'s for exporting to kerbal and for advanced parts like animated lander legs. I really hope you give it another try.
  19. Thanks for that, I\'ll look into it. Is there answer for this? Do I texture the obj_gimbal separately? Can you have multiple obj_gimbals?
  20. Another question is how do I texture thrust vectoring engines if they are two separate models? Can I have multiple obj_gimbals?
  21. How wide is the flash? Is it as wide as the stock fuel tank? (One meter) I could do some modeling/textures if you like.
