Where-as it doesn't really relate to the current conversation, I've got the Romfarer missile mod just so I can get rid of Kerbin's kessler syndrome. It worked fantastically and as such I retired my weapons satellite by way of de-orbit.

I put both on all my rockets, because I've been told they don't do the same thing, which I always assumed they did.

I feel sort of sad upon seeing all your amazing space stations. :C This is orbital station Barclay, researching the sun.

I don't understand the OP of this thread, but KSP wouldn't be right with weapons. Missiles for shooting down debris, maybe, but not weapons of war.
