Meh, my progress isn't really valid because I'm using a save made in .19. I have left flags where I have been, but the tracking system doesn't seem to notice... I guess it's a good thing that this system is useless at the moment. But I'll post it anyways: name = ProgressTracking scene = 5, 7, 8 Progress { FirstLaunch { completed = 176497063.373658 } AltitudeRecord { reached = 176672947.73726 record = 10701782.1688837 } FirstCrewToSurvive { completed = 176497339.398947 crew { crews = 15, 17, 21 } } ReachedSpace { completed = 176559280.2376 vessel { name = Space Ship flag = Squad/Flags/UKSP Flag } crew { crews = 22 } } Spacewalk { completed = 176497862.99923 crew { crews = 4 } } SpaceCrewTransfer { completed = 176561081.183308 } KSCLanding { completed = 176497063.693658 } RunwayLanding { completed = 176566773.199114 } Sun { reached = 176495746.90951 Orbit { completed = 176495746.90951 vessel { name = Dres Gigantor Debris flag = Squad/Flags/UKSP Flag } } } Kerbin { reached = 176495746.90951 Orbit { completed = 176495746.90951 vessel { name = Star Probe flag = Squad/Flags/UKSP Flag } } Escape { completed = 176672947.73726 } Landing { completed = 176497063.693658 vessel { name = KSC Rover flag = Squad/Flags/UKSP Flag } crew { crews = 15, 17, 21 } } Rendezvous { completed = 176560768.661497 } Docking { completed = 176561120.043329 } SurfaceEVA { completed = 176497189.201548 crew { crews = 15 } } Construction { completed = 176562669.708231 base { name = Eve Lander 2 flag = Squad/Flags/UKSP Flag } } ReturnFromOrbit { completed = 176562267.846615 vessel { name = Eve Lander 2 flag = Squad/Flags/UKSP Flag } crew { crews = 22 } } ReturnFromSurface { completed = 176497065.113659 vessel { name = KSC Rover flag = Squad/Flags/UKSP Flag } crew { crews = 15, 17, 21 } } } Mun { reached = 176672947.73726 Flyby { completed = 176672947.73726 } Orbit { completed = 176678817.625197 vessel { name = Kerpollo 21 flag = Squad/Flags/UKSP Flag } crew { crews = 0, 1, 2 } } Escape { completed = 176690148.324329 } Landing { completed = 176679415.298991 vessel { name = Kerpollo 21 Lander flag = Squad/Flags/UKSP Flag } crew { crews = 0, 1 } } SurfaceEVA { completed = 176679445.899007 crew { crews = 0 } } ReturnFromFlyBy { completed = 176711469.202032 vessel { name = Kerpollo 21 flag = Squad/Flags/UKSP Flag } crew { crews = 0, 1, 2 } } ReturnFromOrbit { completed = 176711469.202032 vessel { name = Kerpollo 21 flag = Squad/Flags/UKSP Flag } crew { crews = 0, 1, 2 } } } Duna { reached = 176495746.90951 Orbit { completed = 176495746.90951 vessel { name = Skycrane Debris flag = Squad/Flags/UKSP Flag } } Landing { completed = 176495751.389513 vessel { name = Duna Face flag = Squad/Flags/UKSP Flag } } } Ike { reached = 176495746.90951 Orbit { completed = 176495746.90951 vessel { name = Ike Sat 1 flag = Squad/Flags/UKSP Flag } } } Laythe { reached = 176495746.90951 Orbit { completed = 176495746.90951 vessel { name = Laythe Lander flag = Squad/Flags/UKSP Flag } Like I said, it's all messed up and missing a lot of things that I have done.

1: The image is broken 2: I think they're born with helmets because the space suit is a part of their body.

How many ones' climbed the flagpole on KSC?
RocketPilot573 replied to Cesrate's topic in KSP1 Discussion
I've done it once or twice, but it's only interesting the first time. -
SAS: "Must... Move... Ship..." *Gives Up* ASAS: "WOBBLE... WOBBLE... WOBBLE..." Avionics Package: "What's a plane? Wobble Wobble Wobble Wobble Wobble." .21 SAS: zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz .21.1 SAS: You want me to keep the ship straight? I can do that! This is easy!"

Come back old ASAS - all is forgiven!
RocketPilot573 replied to ComradeGoat's topic in KSP1 Discussion
Now THIS is a SAS. Thanks Devs! -
Patcher fix
RocketPilot573 replied to JMBuilder's topic in KSP1 Suggestions & Development Discussion
What exactly is going wrong with your patcher? -
Your right, my .20 map-sat is detecting the new terrain in .21. Also, it appears that this Monolith can be seen in the KSC Menu:

At Exhibit A, we have the Mk1 Pod Memorial. This is a statue of the space programs first command pod. ...and at Exhibit B, we have the Eve Lander Memorial. This is the first lander to return from the surface of the planet Eve. Yes, this is the real thing, not some cheap mock-up. So please respect the Do-Not-Touch sign! How did it get here? Well that's a long story. *** A little more to the right! No, your other right! -
Oh, I didn't see that...
-
So, are there new anomalies in .21? Lets find out!
-
Has anyone landed a VTOL on the VAB's helipad yet? UPDATE: I've done it! And without breaking anything too!

Come back old ASAS - all is forgiven!
RocketPilot573 replied to ComradeGoat's topic in KSP1 Discussion
Again, HarvesteR has said that its supposed to hold attitude. It's not doing that. -

So, has anyone figured out a solution yet? I'm getting bored not being able to fly rockets or planes. -
Long-term Laythe Mission (pic heavy) - ^_^ With Part 45 ^_^
RocketPilot573 replied to Brotoro's topic in KSP1 Mission Reports
The game has a save file converter. Try it, it really works! -
[Operating System]: Windows 7 64-bit [Memory]: 6GB [ASAS Trouble (Y/N)]: Yes [Mods installed, pre-patch]: Yes [Mods installed, post-patch]: Yes [Description of problem (keep it short)]: The SAS does not apply maximum torque (Only very, very little) when trying to stabilize the craft, resulting in the ship spinning out of control. Doing anything requires constant input from me to keep the ship straight.

Come back old ASAS - all is forgiven!
RocketPilot573 replied to ComradeGoat's topic in KSP1 Discussion
Err, why does the Aeris 3A have a functioning SAS when nothing else does? I'll try re-downloading tomorrow. -
New SAS functionality and You! [0.23 Update]
RocketPilot573 replied to DMagic's topic in KSP1 Tutorials
Okay, but how do we dock if our ship is spinning (SAS wont stop it)? How do we fly a plane long distances (SAS wont use control surfaces)? Finally, how in Kerbin do we do a long burn with a ever so slightly asymmetrical craft (SAS doesn't care)? -
Come back old ASAS - all is forgiven!
RocketPilot573 replied to ComradeGoat's topic in KSP1 Discussion
Well this is weird, how do some people have working SASs and others not? I know, how about we all post pictures of the ships we are using to find out if there is a problem or not. Because I'm convinced that there really is something wrong. -
Come back old ASAS - all is forgiven!

EXACTLY!! You got it spot on. -

Aircrafts are supposed to use control surfaces, no? Last I checked plane don't need reaction wheels... -
SAS: "We appear to be drifting a bit to the left, applying 0.0000000000000000000000001 torque to compensate." Jeb: "Come on SAS! Show some effort!!!" Reaction Wheel: "MOAR POWERRRRR" SAS: "NOOOOOO DON'T!! You might make the ship wobble!" Bill: "Now where facing the wrong way! Activating Mechjeb..." Mechjeb: "Orienting ship progra- ERROR ERRROR ERROR 3q4hfgyweyg783hgf8y3h5guy34ygf3gyub4e4g3ey4g4geygrey4rrrrrrrrrrrrrr" *Explodes*

Come back old ASAS - all is forgiven!
RocketPilot573 replied to ComradeGoat's topic in KSP1 Discussion
You can't, the new SAS is the Avionics Package in disguise. It will only kill rotation, not hold your ship to a certain heading. Maybe sticky keys will help... -
Come back old ASAS - all is forgiven!
RocketPilot573 replied to ComradeGoat's topic in KSP1 Discussion
I cant believe that I'm saying this, but I want Mechjeb back, and I don't care if it makes everything wobble. -
The new (and improved??????) SAS system.
RocketPilot573 replied to Kerbol Prime's topic in KSP1 Discussion
After some more testing, I have discovered the reason to while the new SAS does't work: It acts like the old Avionics Package, rather than a ASAS. Thus, it wont even try to keep ships straight.
