When to start Gravity Turns

I usually start it at 10k and aim at 45 degrees. Then at +30k I aim it below the horizon so I start getting a periapsis. And as far as gravity turns go thats my usual one. -

I have previously downloaded 1 of these mods but i deleated it, and I CAN'T FIND IT ANYWHERE! So can someone tell me of any mods containing stuff like hinges, pistons, that kind of thing. Thanks in advance.

Without even trying i got 105g! from Jool. THEN when i was searching this thread, and i wanted even more Gs, I got 50g seriously. What kind of logic is this?

Why is their brain small? I mean if it was that inferior they wouldn't even be able to build the VAB. They are kinda silly, but that doesn't mean that their brain is the size of a peanut.
