Guys i have an idea for the project, why don't we add a station on jool orbit ,so if a ship is low on fuel it just has to align with the station and get enogh fuel to get to laythe orbit ,use it as a emergency refueling station,heck it could have it's own engines so it can get closer to refuel the stranded ship!

the trick is use better engines and two avionics modules (you may as well for more stability add a second pair of engines).
