Same issue, Vanilla installation 1.8, no mods, reinstalled 5 times after wiping the directory and unticking the cloud synch on steam as other threads advise, same issue. Previous version worked fine. Any Solution yet? -

Any chance we could see some stills / art work? The trailer said 'not actual game play', so I am wondering what are the graphical upgrades?
