  1. Totally my oversight, i fixed the issue was running an older version of TextureReplacer.dll for custom Kerbal skins, once I updated it your mod is back to it's awesome self.
  2. Is there no way to fix the resource bars when using visual enhancements without using the texture compression mod. I have no need for that mod and don't want to use it but I love both the VE and this mod?
  3. ANDROID! lol as others have said as soon as you develop an android version I'm on board until then this is just another i-app that looks amazing but out of my reach.

  5. yup i've used MJ for all my tedious launches for major space builds. I also checked to make sure the navball orientation is correct. checked control from here, all the common checks but to no avail. I'm truly at a loss.
  6. I can not get MJ working. I can place the control unit, and open the options on the right. I have tried a couple dozen rocket types and none of them will leave the pad without a massive loss of control as if MJ is doing nothing but it is on and controlling the throttle. I have tried every link in here, I have removed and re-installed KSP to no avail. I'm at a loss.

  8. It's not easy for sure, but I wonder as I have never mounted both an A.S.A.S. and an avionics package together have you tried only having one or the other. While, they are very similar they function quite differently I wonder if they conflict. Again, I have never mounted them together on a craft.
  9. remember one thing else, this is a long flight, make your climb gradual and purposeful. If your going balls out with the throttle to the max your pushing the plane to hard you should be able to get up there without the need to force it so to speak.
  10. I guess all I can say is you need a good lifting body that is stable at all speeds while providing positive lift at a low fuel consumption. I know easier said than done, I almost ate my fuel tank up not paying attention to my throttle. Don't give up.
  11. This was my second attempt with a completely new plane design. I hope you can let the crew manifest mod slide as my five year old son loves to rename my kerbal crew members, which is all it does. First off it was a wild ride and I wasted a bit of fuel trying to establish a balancing point between speed / alt / and fuel efficiency but I managed by the skin of my teeth. So one with the show. 12 mins I'm burning away from KSP with high hopes 19 mins MUN in sight. Holy crap i'm wasting fuel! 28 mins Ok i think I can still make this...??? Nice sun set. 55 mins Damn, I don't think I'm going to make this, well at least I can see the sun again. 1 hour Fuels still tight, should I keep going.... Nice scenery.. Yup I'm still going for it! 1 hour 23 mins I can see the center fuel is critical but I have a great glide slope if I can just stay focused. Damn I got to pee. 1 hour 28 mins glide slope is still solid and she is handling great as the speed drops. I got this. 1 hour 29 mins On the runway safe and sound. Holy crap I was on fumes. Final stats. What a great ride, a real close one. Thanks for the Challenge it was a blast, now I'm going to pass out.

If you guys wanted the old tanks back or an option to use them you could have refrained from acting like my kid about it and just asked nicely, I did work really hard to make the new ones fall in line with the original KSP design aesthetic. Actually, I believe the UV mesh templates are available for each tank in the mod if you would like to create your own as Talisar was generous enough to leave the textures in the .png format. As for the large tank yes 1024*2 is way to small as unity engine is harsh on the image with its very poor up-scaling algorithm. Talisar, I can have the original format pulled together later today if you run into any problems just let me know.

  14. Talisar, I am creating a new texture for personal use when I realized you have the medium tank using the .png format and the large using the .mbm format. Is it possible to have the large tank in the .png format as well. Forgive me if I'm imposing. When I am done I can PM you the texture if you would like.
  15. @temstar thank you for these rockets they have helped me greatly, not only in lifting my creations into orbit but in understanding good rocket designs helping me improve my own.
  16. I second mechjeb but mainly as a learning tool. If you use it as an autopilot learn from it, then try to utilize what you learned from it.

  19. I love the tanks, not a fan of the texture but their utility outweighs that. are you thinking of doing more sizes or shapes?
