Plus no offense but you said the E-class was originally made as a test ship, and it has major flaws like low fuel and huge "mouth" for the weapons. It would be more impressive if you could replicate its armor on a battleship or even cruiser.

He had much more experience than me and a better armored ship but I still was able to fight to the end So the way I see it Goliath beat David (this time ) but David held his own. It was still a good match and I enjoyed it. Heck if I didnt have a bunch of school work to do this week and next I would join in the battle at eve with spartwo, shadow, and zeke

Lots of practice

Ive only had one battle and you got to start somewhere. My first battle was the one I did with Spartwo Plus you can set up your own battles to practice If you have hyper edit you can put up two (or more) ships to practice battling. It also helps to quicksave before you attack during practice (can doing during real battle)

I run a Mac and my dreadnaught only has 390 parts.

I wasn't sure I could kill an e-class with a single salvo of SRB but I have tested an early version of the Judgement Cannon on a different ship and it took down an e-class with ease so I had to add it to Rapture I even was able to take out an e-class with it from 2km away (didn't take pics because i didn't think i could hit it and I haven't been able to repeat the shot sense) 1 shot of the Judgement cannon and 10 SRB missiles so yeah its over kill
