  3. have you tried changing your inclination to rendezvous with a target? I tried something last week with mechjeb but it fired so early and it took all my mono. I almost think the mono engines are weak.
  4. will the shuttle be able to handle a inclination change from 28° at launch to 56° to the iss?
  5. perfect. thanks man! i'm still relatively new to ksp and I keep having issues when I add payload because my shuttle is heavy. I don't know much about deltaV And with only a A&P license understanding of thrust to weight ratio lol I ran out of electricity with one shuttle so I thought a rocket inside the payload would work but I run out of fuel again lol
  6. I was on the runway lol I wonder if it was because of RSS. I took it off but I haven't had time to test it.
  7. due to the space shuttle page being closed for some odd reason, I figured I can ask a question here. anybody know the proper orbit altitude for the shuttle? settings for mechjeb? I thought 150km was good enough but i ran out of fuel by 100km.
  8. I'm outside my craft on kerbin and it says no breathable atmosphere. any idea how to fix?

  10. I really think you guys should partner with ksp since this mod is so popular and big. They should keep you updated with the updates before they happen so the release comes out faster and updates are tested a lot smoother. I still think HX should be a separate mod. I would like to see a mod that adds underwater exploration ( I know it's a space game but this can just add more fun to it) OR Other solar systems and galaxies.
  11. HX parts should be a separate mod. Should make the update a little faster.
  12. If only someone can fix the exploding parts bug or parts going through the surface...
  13. None of the parts attach to each other. all they do is fall through the surface.
  14. So i got everything to work but I do see the issue with exploding parts. i cant attach the seat or use the screwdriver without explosions on the runway. any ideas?

  16. I'm not that good at updating mods without the author doing it and I see that you guys have something that works. Can you guys make a file or make instructions for us?
  17. mechjeb is having issues with fasa or other rockets that come with the game. I recently couldn't get the rocket to make the gravity turn and when I staged off the first section, I would just uncontrollably flip.

  20. Ok so now i tested the floats. They open automatically inside the vab and i do not get an option to deflate them. I also do not see an action group option. Hopefully this is enough info for anybody to help me.
  21. I need to test this out but all my fairing nodes are out in the middle of nowhere.
  22. My apologies for the lesser of details. I tried it again and it worked. My original test had a small truss then a decoupler and parachute in order on top. Those would inflate but the side ones wouldn't or at least one wouldn't. I'll keep testing and hope it works!
  23. I have no pictures. I'm on the launchpad with a 6 sided unmanned command module. With 6 symmetry, i put small airbags on the side. 4 symmetry on the top and bottom with small airbags. The only bags that inflate are the top and bottom.
