Can't transfer fuel between tanks in the latest 1.2.0.1489. Even between tanks that are connected directly. Is it just me? -
Great! It fixed the bug that was blocking my Mobile Processing Lab from transmitting science.

Reproducible in 1.0, but there's a difference - you no longer have to fly near the ground. I flied at 5-10km. Two flights, two crashes.

Apart from resources and career, I also would like to see some small changes: - Rearrange all the parts in VAB and SPH into more (sub)categories. Not just "propulsion", "structural" etc, but like "engines", "tanks", "decouplers", "wings", "nose cones" etc. Or just sort the parts somehow to reduce the mess inside the existing categories. - Make the current vertical "stage menu" (don't know its proper name) a bit less vertical. Group the icons of a single stage into its own row.
