If you can't install the required mods to test, you can't expect to be competitive. Plus, I guarantee you there is no measurable performance difference with these mods installed. KSP: ASC King of the Hill jrodriguez vs JollyGreenGI Wow, a great match, and this did not go the way I expected. JollyGreenGI shows you don't need massive firepower to win. They get a draw in the 1st match. JollyGreenGI takes the 2nd round and jrodriguez took the 3rd. This results in a draw 1-1-1. Due to a brain-fart I didn't run the Tie-Breaking round, in the 1st video. Here it is! Another great battle! JollyGreenGiant must have some special sauce in those planes as he takes the win!

Ya know, running these matches has shown me anything is possible. Even if statistically you win 9 out 10 in testing, something in the actual match always goes awry

KSP: ASC King of the Hill jrodriguez vs The_Mad_Emu While The_Mad_Emu's planes looked like the best the 1980's had to offer, they were no match for jrodriguez's X-wings from the future. I did not bother to run a 3rd match.

Does anyone know how to save a craft with the firing interval set to 2? In the hangar I can only go from 1 to 4 or more, but in flight can set to 2 or 3...

Can I still run the 3rd match? It's super easy once everything is set up, and it allows for a bit of redemption for close competitions. Both capjo and rodriguez vehicles have evolved to incorporate very similar features. I suspect any one of us could win.

KSP: ASC King of the Hill captjo vs jrodriguez jrodriguez secures the win with a 2-1 lead. A fairly even matchup and captjo's entry shows it still has some teeth at the end.

KSP: ASC King of the Hill captjo vs Torx0244 This match features the most kerbal battle I may have ever seen. Round 1 ends in a draw. Then one each, so I ran a tie-breaker. captojo squeaks out a 2-1-1 victory. Kokanee had a sexy little airplane that punched way above it's weight.

KSP: ASC King of the Hill captjo vs Torx0244 captjo retains the lead with a 2-1 victory over Torx0244. Torx0244 took the first round in a very nice looking and performing ship. But those quad Vulcan Turrets on captjo's entry are hard to beat

Nope, I just ran it, no problems here. Uploading matches now I don't know if it's luck or what, but I think you had more missile failures with this version...

I think if you're allowing AI changes you should allow any "software" changes. Just no "hardware" (part) modifications.

My apologies! It is oriented correctly in the save. Just Vessel Mover that screws it up. I will check from now on I swear I oriented Zartron correctly and re-ran the match. It did not however, change the outcome ;p Uploading now...

You know, I never did test it with a regular launch, only via vessel mover. I will verify. If it does launch correctly I will of course re-run it's match. That's what I thought! I'd suggest 0 delay in the future

SuicidalInsanity can orient the craft properly in the .craft file, I don't think it should be up the match hosts to figure out how to properly launch crafts. You are welcome to re-run it yourself Hopefully he does fix and resubmit it. It looks freaking awesome. And yet another match, we're rolling now folks KSP: ASC King of the Hill captjo vs NotAnAimbot NotAnAimbot's short reign of ASC is brought to an end by a dominant 3-0 victory by captjo.

I may make some final tweaks before my match. https://kerbalx.com/g00bd0g/VulTurRaptor-Max Aaaaand here's the next match, if you can call it that ;p KSP: ASC King of the Hill SuicidalInsanity vs NotAnAimbot While an amazing creation, SuicidalInsanity's creation failed to spawn or launch without losing parts. And predictably lost. In the future any vehicles which cannot spawn and takeoff without losing parts will simply forfeit the match. Let's not waste everyone's time. Ask for someone to pre-test your craft if you are not confident in it's function.

Pretty clean fights with only 1 self-destruct by missile. 1 victory each going to the final round. We have a new victor! NotAnAimbot clinches it in the final round for a 2-1 victory!

Also, I've been working on the LaserRaptor. Lasers are so nasty I suspect we will need a separate category because it basically eliminates traditional "dogfighting". Just get close and bzzzztt until one side or the other is dead.

Yeah, the VulTurRaptor .craft file will be made available 24 hours before it's match. I'm not giving everyone weeks to figure it out I have some time tomorrow so I will run as many matches as I can.

OMG, I never realized you could change missile launching options. How do I access the "Check Clearance" option?

Here's a giant ProTip for ya'll. Angle missiles down from aircraft so when they launch they clear and you don't blow yourself up. This has eliminated all my missile induced self destructs. I'm only telling you guys 'cause I want to beat you fair and square
