  1. Oh, this looks really cool. It'll be the first time I've tried a mod pack. Can's wait to get it up and running this week. Thanks for the upload!
  2. This is probably a dumb question. But is there any specific reason why they don't have a microphone on-board curiosity? Is it just a cost/benefit thing? Even though a microphone probably won't be as useful as a camera, I still would of thought the extra weight would be negligible, and it's a unique device or data gathering. I always wondered what it sound like on another planet. Or even a recording of the landing process. A mars dust storm would be amazing also. I know most people will just say it's pretty similar to Earth, so why bother, I still think it'd be interesting anyway.
  3. Oh cool. Thanks for bringing back old memories. This was the first version I ever played. Seems to long ago now!
  4. I haven\'t received the email either. Cheers
  5. d) Inject yourself with the mysterious needle. Attach the wooden plank and pvc pipe together using the nailgun to build a new weapon.
  6. Most definitely. That was my point. Unlike most things touted in the main stream media as 'science', this is quite different. Tv and newspapers like latching onto anything like science fiction or miracle cures etc, eventhough they rarely even appear in any credible scientific journals at the very least.
  7. The interesting tone about this article is that it\'s unlike many of the other 'discoveries' you here from. It isn\'t some big media beat up in order to sell some spin off products or service. They are purposely opening their findings up to peer review and collaboration. It\'s bit of a 'We observed some crazy shit and have spent a lot of time trying to figure out what we saw was real or if it was just a mistake on our behalf. So far we can\'t find any mistakes, can you try to poke holes in or findings, because this should make sense...' That\'s why it\'s interesting.
  8. Have a download file? I always like trying out rockets with vanilla parts
  9. Ooh, this one has been fun. It's bit of a beast. I stuffed a couple of the stage separations up, but got some pretty decent speed and burn time (over 7,600 m/s and 10 mins burn time, I throttled down for the last tank). There's a good kick at stage 4 that I almost lost control of. Will have another go and see how far I get without stuffing the stage separations up. Thanks for the upload
