  1. This guy's brain is on backwards, and is brain is rotting. For example, he doesn't know what a parachute is. Or that he has no brain cells... On below funny picture. What is that, I don't even... Oh, and he also thinks THAT THE US NEVER NUKED HIROSHIMA. Ok, sure, without a basic understanding of how fuel works, I could understand that you think we can't go to the moon... but a nuke has a LOT of evidence... TD;DR: Don't waste your brain cells on that web site. Just don't. EDIT: He thinks he does. I can't after reading that.
  2. As in ALL HAIL HELIX FOSSIL from Twitch Plays Pokemon? Sure looks like it.
  3. If you want a new engine, wait until KSP 2: AnitMatter Boogaloo. And that engine will most likely be written by Squad.
  4. Today I built an ssto that only uses it's rockets to bring it's PE above the atmosphere! I was trying to beat the MachingBird challenge, but my craft would go into space too early. Then I noticed this could be a useful effect. After adding the small orange engines and little fuel takes on to the wings... The SSTO 1! Takeoff: Spaaaaaaaaaaaaaace: Map View after orbital burn: Cinematic Picture of Sunset:
  5. You know why timewarp was created? TO REDUCE WAITING. Your argument is invalid, please try again.
  6. I suggest adding a part that loads the craft it is on at all times and allows for an autopilot to follow set routes. That would be awesome for moving things around from base to base on the ground.
  7. One day I might to to dualboot linux. Hopefully. ONTOPIC: I would like to see economy in career mode, moar animations, and biomed EVERTHING. That's not hard. That's impossible. Sorry, no.
  8. Nasa called: They want all their supercomputers back. Ontopic: WOW, IT'S HUGE
  9. No. When you transmit, it eats the canister.
  10. 2/10 I think I have seen a fish in a bread before. Once.
  11. Rat poop in the Apollo 10? Or is it human poop? We shall never know. And that was quite funny.
  12. REDACTED, needs removal Whoops, did I just necro that.... and I can't delete it. >_<
  13. This. It needs to be, and stay, in general discussion. It wont get many views here, and it's the biggest thread on the fourms, I bet.
  14. If a kerbal gets ut and grabs the science from it and puts the science in the pod, then yes. Also, kerbals can carry science home that they didn't create.
  15. And a 4th one: we are curious. We have always been so.
  16. Use action groups to activate/dis-activate your normal landing gear.
  17. Also, massive changes need to be made to insure complete graphical compatibility with MacOS10 Mavericks, i have sup-par graphics, but my system could run full graphics fine if it wasn't for incompatibilities.
  18. We have a protractor mod, but it's a guidance system for getting between planets, not an actual protractor, so that won't help .
  19. In my option, DLC for things that can't be modded would be awesome, like extra solar systems.
  20. My sugestion: a ringed ice planet with an oxygen atmosphere called Lilos with 2 moons that are super hot, and a ring. Tracking Station Data: Lilos has always interested the kerbals. It's rings are amazing, and it has volcanoes that shoot ice, based on the strange ice clouds. It's atmosphere looks to be heavy in oxygen, much heavier than Kerbin's, and the planet is very cold, meaning it's impossible to overheat down there. But you can still freeze! Lilos has a binary moon system of Rilla and Omegos. Tracking data for Rilla: Rilla is one of the strange binary moons of Lilos. It is very hot, and has a atmosphere as thick as Eve. Most of the surface is covered in lava, except for the few small obsidian islands floating in the mix. Many scientists think that this moon is so hot due to rapid tides as it's companion moon and it's planet pull on it. Tracking data for Omegos: Ommegos. The strangest moon known to kerbalkind. It is mostly atmosphere, with a small, molten core down deep in the atmosphere made out something so dense, it has a gravity well similar to something 10 times bigger. It is said that krakens breed here. It's atmosphere is made mostly out of oxygen, like it's parent planet, so have fun with jets, if you don't overheat.
  21. I think something a little bit more complex will be required. Having a scanning system like Kethane is a must, but you should be able to find oil-like stuff/water on the ground with some tools that decent miniscule amounts of the oil-like stuff/water on that planet in the ground. By moving and getting readings (hand tools? drill part?) the readings go up or down, indicating which way you need to go.(Of course, landing on an icecap is the only way you will get any readings for water.) Planets should have their own dirt types, which need to be refined (unless Kerbin dirt) to be used.
  22. The nosecones only add drag, which on rockets is bad.
