About planets.... I think it would be amazing if after 1.0, we had planet packs. We have them now, but it would be cool to have official planet packs, that aren't part of a mod, just more stock planets. (I think i remember squad saying something about having DLCs)

I am so sorry. I really am. I still have no computer, and I can't access the site at all. Also, I was hospitalized for two weeks, Got out a week ago. But that's still no excuse for forgetting about this for so long. What's new? Any progress? where are we at right now? Has someone else made a site, or are we still thinking of using mine?

I'm pretty sure he means adding torque similar to the torque in a reaction wheel, so that when he puts the gun on a free rotating part, the gun can use the torque to turn the free bearing for aiming. To me this seems like the very difficult way of doing this. If I was able to mod I would make a kind of universal turret base where you slap the gun in the slot. Make 1 or 2 sizes for different size guns. Although I'm sure that would mean using IR code for moving the gun with the turret. Seems like a cool idea though, to have a manually rotating and elevating 20mm (or similar) turret. By manually I mean mappin controls to a joystick or even mouse, so that instead of point mouse and shoot you have to move the mouse to move the turret. It would make things a bit more interesting. Less easy. Hmm.

Those landing gear are absolutely stunning. And thanks to the .90 tooltip options we could even fully hide the landing gear in the fuse. Wow this look nice. Let's just hope they add some better suspension so that we don't have to have the gear exactly 90 degrees to the ground and perfectly inline with the craft. Cause that got annoying. Very. Annoying.

Maybe you could do some magic and make a small physics bubble follow the missile? Just real small , maybe 500m or less. The target would load right before being taken out. The stutter would let the sender know the package was received. (Yeah I know, probably impossible, but a fun thought nonetheless)

But he's no longer our manager. The tribute is to when he was our manager. I wasn't here for either of those, so there's your reason why. I just thought it would be nice for everyone to say something about rowsdower before he left. (i'm sure he'll still be on the forums but you know what I mean) If you guys are really that against it I can have the thread closed. I just thought this would be a nice little thing to do for him, that's all.

As many of you may know, Rowsdower will no longer be our Kommunity Manager after Friday. If you didn't know this, check the recent dev notes for his goodbye. Now, I want this thread to be a tribute to the best Kommunity Manager on the interwebz. The dev notes thread has kinda become this, but I wanted a dedicated thread just for this purpose. Feel free to post anything and everything you wanna say about/to Rowsdower. I'll start this thing off. Rowsy, you are by far the sole owner of the title "most patient person on Earth," at least in this community. You've dealt with many KSP crisis', put out many fires , and done a superb job keeping this community. Thanks for all your hard work, and you will be missed.
