some off-topic: where can i get 0.12 version? I can\'t find it anywhere. If you know where can i get it and how, please tell me.
-
So i hope the C7 parts are legal. Well, this plane is actually supersonic, and even capable of getting into space, but the best height to fly is under 25 km. If above- it becomes pretty hard to control, if below 15 km- it can\'t reach it\'s max speed. here\'re some pics: and here\'re some pics of cargo version of this plane: Tell me if i can accept the challenge. and BTW this plane is called 'project 679'

well, they look... wrong. and smell wrong either. oh, it\'s already 11:48 P.M. Bye guys, see ya tomorrow.
-
Your thingies are pathetic compared to my level inf. Dirty White Socks
-
well, the easiest way to get to the Klena(a.k.a. Mun) is getting into low orbit and increasing it without significant consumption of fuel. This is the easiest way, but if it\'s gonna be nessecary i can just boost through gravitation field and atmosphere without orbiting(though i\'ll lose at least 2.5 out of 3 tanks of fuel). Yes, this way is more kerbalish(and even kinda orkish) but it isn\'t as efficient as orbiting.

GIMMIE TEH FREE BOOZTAZ! ORKZ NEED MOAR BOOZTAZ TO KEEP MAH ROKKITZ UP IN SPAZE FORE LONGAR TIME! :-\
-
you can always add more struts.
-
So, it almost took the whole evening(it\'s 5:31 PM at the moment) to make mah lander look more orkish, here\'re the screenshots, looks delicious to me =P.
-
my ork-styled rocket packs big power and flies like a brick most of the time, as all orkish rokketz do. I should re-texture it to make it look even more orkish, i guess.
-
My max G-loading was about 3G, while i was power-landing my Command pod into the water. BTW i found out one interesting thing. If you balance command pod right, you can dive really deep into the sea.
-
HOW DID YOU that was probably my strategy. Vertical up, then super elliptical orbit to get to the mun with little effort.
-
So, i\'ve managed to land my munar lander on the kerbal terrain, and it has been sucessfull.I also tried to upgrade it by adding more stages and boosters, but increasing weight makes those giant 1-st stage boosters act more kerbalish . So here are some pics of the sucessfull landing. @xzbobzx Um, you can add MOAR solid boosters and a couple of liquid enginies and fuel tanks. Jeb says that always works. ;D First of all you have to place 2m/3m decoupler under that Munar ship, and then add some liquid enginies and plenty of solid boosters. I\'d do it that way.
-
well it should do...
-
sorry for off-topic, but could you give me an instruction how to use RCS modules?
-
well, that\'s the biggest problem i have to deal with at the moment. That\'s the reason why 90% of my landings were failed.
-
well, i\'ve managed to land it, but it\'s kind of weak for kerbin gravitation level. I had to be careful, \'cause it could just do a couple of barrel rolls after the landing. Though upper lander was designed for kerbin atmosphere and gravity, and can land perfectly anywhere, it\'s very light, that\'s why it can land anywhere with little effort and it\'s tiny enginie. to be honest, 9 of 10 landings were failed. I hope that\'s not gonna happen with munar gravitation. :-X
-
Oh well, if i won\'t decouple them untill i reach 17 km, they\'ll tear my rocket apart(they start to spin like mad when the fuel is almost out). BTW they\'re good duct taped to the sides of the rocket, that makes them less dangerous.
-
So, i was designing my Lunar lander for quite a long time, after hundreds of thousands fails i\'ve finally built stable rocket. It\'s capable of breaking through the gravity of earth without orbiting. The codename of the project is Big Poppa IV Here are the screens: The second stage has the most fuel, so there\'s enough fuel to get moon lander to teh moon and the moon lander has enough fuel too, so it can escape moon\'s gravity and return back to kerbin.
-
after a few hundreds of launches Jeb has found that landing the cockpit only isn\'t fun. So he added some radial chutes to teh spaceplane to make it much more funnier to land. If you open chutes too late the landing gonna be pretty rough but anyway it\'s gonna be something like that: http://s49.radikal.ru/i125/1110/59/3006e21b077b.jpg You can find radial parachutes here: http://kerbalspaceprogram.com/forum/index.php?topic=2251.0 P.S. i left the catapulting mechanism to stay alive if something goes wrong with chutes.

So, here\'s my most sucessfull spaceplane which is capable of getting into orbit and back. It also can be used as a cargo plane which can get thingies into space(if you skilled and lucky enough) or just launching them into the atmosphere. The codename is 'Project 679' Here are some pics: http://s017.radikal.ru/i439/1110/9e/e3ca2d1a33be.jpg http://s003.radikal.ru/i203/1110/9c/169bb3e75d46.jpg http://i081.radikal.ru/1110/7e/3b2030c680cc.jpg (they seem to be to huge to post it here) The best control and speed can be achieved in atmosphere, between 11 and 25 km. If you try to break through 25 km with your SAS module on, you\'ll start to spin. The best way to break through 25 km barrier is to... you\'ll figure it out by yourself, i won\'t tell you Here are some pics of this spaceplane lifting other two planes into the atmosphere and sucessfully catapulting the pilots(i was to lasy to wait untill it gets to space or upper atmosphere): http://s60.radikal.ru/i169/1110/a5/8b0d9e38f92b.jpg http://s017.radikal.ru/i428/1110/81/a96fa7271507.jpg http://s017.radikal.ru/i419/1110/2f/744a92af156e.jpg http://s47.radikal.ru/i116/1110/0b/821b69de1ad0.jpg

Hi everybody! So, i\'ve been playing this game since 0.8, and i\'ve found out \'bout this community few months ago. The main reason i\'ve registered is that i want to share my creations to other people, and also try out other\'s people creations by downloading the attachments(guests can\'t do so). So i hope you guys are friendly.
