I did not install an antenna on my probe. It only has an RC-LO1 (no crew). I am now nearly to Jool and have no connection to KSP. Is there anything I can do at this point? I have quicksaved several times already so can't reload, and really don't want to lose the craft and start again. Can I launch some satellites with antennas into LKO? Would that help at all? Willing to install a mod too if there are any made for this situation.

Hi, so apparently with today's release of 1.3.1 my KSP installation crashes when I try to open it. If I uninstall this mod it runs, so I am sure that this mod is the problem. I was right in the middle of a Mün base when the new version came out (was literally just playing it today), didn't know there was going to be an update that would make this mod incompatible. Any idea when a fix will come out?

Hi guys...thanks for the answers. I do have the soviet mod and mechjeb installed. Those are the only two, and I just installed them yesterday. I tried deleting that ELCSS folder but it didn't help. I'm using the normal Mk1 command pod. Any other ideas much appreciated.

I am trying to launch the 'core space station' module into orbit. As soon as I get to about 14k-15k, I get a message saying both Bob Kerman and Shelbert Kerman "were killed". No explosions, there were no decoupling events, nothing happens except passing that altitude. What can cause both of them to suddenly die like that, with no events?? I've been playing this for months and never seen astronauts suddenly die for no reason like this.
