Dynamic planets.
EliteShadowLeo replied to EliteShadowLeo's topic in KSP1 Suggestions & Development Discussion
Hmm, digging tools would be nice, and trails would be cool too! specially in places like the mun where they remain unchanged. Thanks for replying! -
Here is a short list of possible features that could enhance the quality of how a player/ship could better be affected by its surroundings. Damage from heat - Damage to individual parts Weather -Thunderstorms -Blizzards -Seasons? -Rain -Hailstorm Other stuff -Geysers (Not small ones, larger ones) -More dynamic enviroment and more things to see (e.g More rock formations, caves) -Lava flows? -More purpose for rovers (Drilling or shooting lazers, like Curiosity) -Biomes have different flora and fauna -Animals? -Radiation effects -solar flares The list could go on, I hope to see these implemented one day! Thanks for reading -EliteShadowLeo

- Saturn (Ringed planet) - Realistic smoke from launch (Maybe better, more powerful engine sounds too!) - Better IVA's -TWEAKS -More space for mods.

So.. I guess there's no chance of rescue
EliteShadowLeo replied to technion's topic in KSP1 Gameplay Questions and Tutorials
Nope, there really is no chance of rescue. It would even be very difficult to do a rescue with cheats. You may want to communicate with the astronauts on board and tell them that they are never coming home and that they died heroes. -
BUMP. I am poo at naming so I usually go with names of the Greek/Roman gods, names of planets in the solar system (Isn't that the same thing?) or names of the Mars rovers. When I get overly complex with names I loose track of all stuff. Just go for a fast, simple names that tell you what the vessel does and what is purpose is, e.g. ''Mars I Probe'' ''Mars I Probe'' Is a good example as it tells you where its going (Duna is the in-game analogue of Mars) and what it does (It is a probe, so you can assume it is going to do whatever probes do) so just use this and it will work out well . Something Weird I found (KSP Fan Site )
EliteShadowLeo replied to Supergamervictor's topic in KSP1 Discussion
Doesn't seem to be a real site as it has no real way of buying the parts. Probably a site that someone made to back up the lore inside their Space program in KSP. Its quite well done and I dont think the devs will be angry at this, at most they will be impressed by the ability of whoever made the site. Peace -EliteShadowLeo -
Very nice

This is giving me some very good ideas, I haven't particularly paid much attention to satellites in 0.22, Thanks!

Okay, as said by the Devs, Career mode is more aimed towards the newer players so that their learning curve is much better than if they tried sandbox. I mean, I let my brother try the game and he has never played it before and he didnt know what the **** he was doing so a reduced number of parts in the beginning would sort of make it less of a struggle as when he learns, he gets more parts. Career mode is not designed to be a grind, and an ''average player'' like you should have no problem reaching the end of the current career mode when the game simply turns again into sandbox. If you personally are not as ''pro'' as some other people who play the game, then you probably are benefiting from doing the career mode as just jumping straight into sandbox would probably turn your brain into a pancake. Peace! -EliteShadowLeo

Yes , it would be awesome to have an observatory! With the texture pack mod, looking up at the night sky would be wonderful! (Not that it isn't already) I do hope that the observatory IS'NT inside the KSC (Kerbal Space Center) and it is located on one of the mountains to the West of it. It would be very nice if it looked like some of the observatories in South America, precisely in the Andes. Only if it is just speculation, GP2 (Gas Planet 2) Will have multiple natural satellites (According to the KSP wiki, about +20 and it will have rings! (*Cough Cough* SATURN!) and it would be a great idea to add the observatory with the new planet as it would allow us to individually discover the new moons. Peace out -EliteShadowLeo

Hahahaha, I need to make something like this. Very well done!
-
Really hope they add an asteroid belt of sorts sometime in the near future GPT 2 sounds awesome too!

For me, it has to be Duna. Its redness draws me in like a moth to a flame. I always like to explore its barren yet warm and comfortable surface. And If I am lucky, Ill get Ike in the horizon

What do you want to see in .23
EliteShadowLeo replied to jmosher65's topic in KSP1 Suggestions & Development Discussion
Saturn, Neptune, Uranus and Pluto. Other than that enhanced IVA's and more Space Station parts.
