  1. Getting this error message. I would really like to transfer from CKAN....
  2. How do you deploy the chute from the DERP modular propulsion thing? Cant find it in the action groups or by staging/right clicking.
  3. Not sure whats up but Ive manually installed MFT and tried CKAN and neither have made the tanks appear. Granted I have other mods installed but CKAN hasnt thrown up any flags. Any ideas? This mod looks amazing.
  4. I usually do expect people to assume others mean well. Personally "annoying" and "frustrating" dont strike me as inherently aggressive. A complaint would be "this is a crap language and a poorly made mod" but I cant say that since its completely false. Regardless, I dont really think "annoying" and "frustrating" warrant the response I got (especially from one of the devs!). TL;DR Sorry for the mix-up. Thanks for the great mod. But seriously chill.
  5. I removed the "." after the first if statement and added else but I still have the same problem that it wont decrease throttle. If you could post how to properly write it I would really appreciate it! kOS is driving me up the wall. Im sure Im just missing something obvious. - - - Updated - - - ... Wow someone is salty... What I meant was compared to any of the more widely used languages, kOS does not have the same level of support simply because it is only used for ksp. The only two places I have found to reference would be the official page and the wikia which in several instances have contradicted one another. TL;DR Calm down dude. Steven helped me out already (thanks, btw Steven). If you are trying to be a troll, then you are laughable. If you aren't, take a freakin chill pill. lol
  6. This language can be really annoying. The lack of support only adds to the frustration. (One reason why I really wished it was a more established language like Lua with custom api.) Anyhow I digress. I was beginning to write some basic launch codes and cant figure out what kOS wants from me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here is the code: http://pastebin.com/Q8gj4cPm If I remove the second "if" it will auto adjust at +110 m/s but if I add the second it stays at full throttle.
  7. You should be able to do basic things with a satellite if it has a signal coming in even if its dish isn't activated. Like being able to activate said dish. I keep running into the issue that I cant areobrake with the dish open but if I close the dish the satellite is unreachable. Or maybe add a pre programming option like "Reactivate dish in x amount of time." Similar to the wake up functions nasa uses for satellites that take decades long missions.
  8. I would love to see a picture of the part in the contract offer window so I can decide if its a part Ill use within the next launch or two. Ive never bothered to learn the part names so I have to go back and forth to see which part the contract is talking about.
  9. Not sure if its just me but the DT Vista will not appear in the research tree (yes I chose interstellar) but it does appear in the parts list in sandbox. Very frustrating as it is my favorite.
  10. I have a Orbital Fusion station pumping out something like 35 gw of power but if I turn on the microwave transmitter is sends out all the megajoules and they shut down. Is there a way to limit how much the transmitter will put out? That way I can have it set to just above the limit of what my reactors need to stay online.
  11. I like building what I call swarm ships. One main ship that, once in orbit of target, releases several micro drones to the planet and its moons. I hit up all of the jool system with one rocket once!
