jmanidb said:Just wanted to let this crowd know that some of you may be able to get "Gravity" for free today. It seems to only work on "Nexus 5" devices. You just open the "Googe Play Movies & TV" app and there it is asking if you want to Add to Library. I have a Nexus 5 and this worked for me!!!
See this post for more info: http://www.androidpolice.com/2014/10/28/nexus-5-owners-check-your-google-play-movies-tv-app-you-might-have-a-free-copy-of-gravity-waiting-for-you/
EDIT: ....not to say that I like this movie. "Gravity" is a bad name for a movie that constantly disregards the natural laws of gravity. But if I disregard the Kerbal inside of me, I am able to enjoy this movie.. a little.
Thanks! Just added it!

Finally???
You might want to watch The Machine and Transcendence.
Or this one:

I'm going to have to make another Low-Budget Animation about Rosetta and Philae in KSP!
(For those who want to see my last one, which was about MAVEN: I'm shamelessly going to promote it. The video is here. It's not all that good, but it was a lot of fun to make )
I've lost the count how many times I've watched that video just to hear the kerbal singing KSP main theme lol

Quick guide to LAN setup:
- Copy your ksp directory to the other machine.
- Put the samv_server folder in GameData on one of them.
- Put the samv_client folder in GameData on the other.
- Start ksp on the server. On the main menu, click the samv button and enter the ip address of the client. Leave the port settings alone.
- Start ksp on the client. On the main menu, click the samv button and enter the ip address of the server. Leave the port setting alone.
- Start the game on the server.
- The client should sync up. Once it does, click "start map view"
If that doesn't work, then it could be firewall or connectivity issues, or a bug I don't know about. Post your KSP logs from both the client and server and I'll take a look.
Oh nevermind, I just got it working was my fault, didn't know that to start the map view I had to actually be on a vesell.
Thanks!

Any updates?
-
I can't seem to be able to set it lol, installed the server data on the computer and the client data on the other computer. They will never sync at all, I've tried using the local ip's and the hostnames too.
Could someone tell me what I'm missing? A quickstart guide for the Lan view would be quite handy in the op post

I think I have to rebuild it, now that the parts are stock. Got quite a few ideas to improve it.
That thing is AWESOME
-
Nice Idea, I also always try to hide that ugly wheel casing
Here's a quick fairing tutorial. 2.5m fairing that splits in 3 parts
Awesome idea, really like it!
+rep given

I really need to repimp mine with the new parts
-
then why did only the bottom of the rocket explode initially?
One of the engines blew up and the other was inmediatly shut down, they detonated the rocket too late
-
You know what, I haven't made a replica craft in a long time. This one deserves a tribute.
I really need to repimp mine with the new parts
-
it's difficult to leave an engine off which just had exploded
Edit: Ninjaed
You were too slooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow
Wow Dani, that's really impressive. Rep for you sir.lmao, well thanks
-
Nice!
My one regret was that you didn't leave the engines on, even just a little bit, while the rocket was falling. The real one had them on, they just didn't produce enough thrust.
Actually the engines were the things that blow up, so there wasnt a real way to turn them on again if they werent there anymore lol

Edit: Video is gone :S
