  1. Downloaded this mod using CKAN for KSP 1.12.3 running with RP-1 installed. I'm getting the tooldbar button but when you click on this in the launch screen nothing is showing. Log file is attached but looking at it I can see missing config file and errors as below - [LOG 15:58:42.516] [AddonLoader]: Instantiating addon 'CountDownMain' from assembly 'NASA_CountDown' [WRN 15:58:42.533] File 'E:/KSP 1.12.3 (RP-1)/KSP_x64_Data/../GameData/NASA_CountDown/PluginData/NASACountdown.cfg' does not exist [ERR 15:58:42.540] NASA_Countdown: Couldn't find assembly for 'GravityTurn'!   2. That's the odd thing. Geostat 3 and Mun probe have a mustard line between them. It's the Geostat 3 that doesn't appear to have a link to to Geostat 2 which has a line to KSC. I'm thinking of dumping geostationary sats and creating some more ground stations to effectively create the DSN. Created a test with that and I'm getting better results.
  3. Darn. I thought my problems were over. I have run a new game, created a 3 sat network and have another Mun probe. This time everything looks correctly linked but my signal won't pass through more than one sat to KSP. So my signal path runs Mun Flyby probe -> Geostat 3 -> No link however, when I fly Geosat 3 that goes Geostat 3 -> Geostat 2 -> KSP OK. My question is if there's some kind of debug screen so I can determine what is causing the lack of a link?
  4. I am a plank. Geostat 1 two KR7 - One to KSC. One to Active vessel. Geostat 2 two KR7 - One to Geostat 1. One to Active vessel. So when I connect to Geostat 2, there's no connection to KSC.
  5. It isn't. I got caught with a version of that when I started using RT2 I have one of my Geostat sat's pointing directly at the probe with a KR7 after switching from active vessel (that wasn't working either). The probe is pointing directly to the Geostat sat. I'm suspecting one of my other mods might be involved. I might try a fresh install and hyperedit the same situation and see what the crack is.
  6. Got something a little weird going on someone may be able to point me in the right direction. I have two geo-stationary sats in orbit over KSC at about 45 degrees +/-. They have two relectron KR7s on and communicate between each other. I now have a Mun flyby probe on it's way to Mun inside of 4.5Mm of one sat with LOS to it. No control and saying it's out of range even though it's all powered and both dishes pointing directly at each other. I modded the config to 900Mm for the KR7 and still no connection. Anybody seen this before?
  7. Did you resolve this as I'm getting the same issue? - - - Updated - - - The answer just came to me... I replaced all the KSPAPIextension dlls I had in plugin directories with the latest version. The answer maybe to create a symbolic link from all my plugin directories with a KSPAPI to the one in the root gamedata directory.
  8. Yes, only found this for the first time the other day post 0.25 update. Can't say if this would run on my setup on 0.24. All the mods bar Science Alert is up to 0.25 compat. If I get time this weekend, I might install this on a Vanilla install, then add mods until it breaks.
  9. Looks like there are some in the ASM texturecache, but only some 10.6Mb worth of disc space used. KW Rocketry is only 3.26Mb and Squad 6.75 Mb for instance. When I uninstalled ATM, my contract screen is fine again and so is the toolbar. I'm guessing there is some kind of kind of conflict somewhere so I'll juts run without.
  10. Hey all. Got a problem. At what point in the load process should I see the white screen? I've tried both veriosn of X86 and whilst the texture cache directories are created, no files are created in them. I also have lost the ability to see contracts and some of my toolbar icons are black (FAR for example) Everything looks OK from an instal point of view I just never see the white screen freeze...
  11. Solved: I restarted KSP this morning and it allowed me to transmit the data. I'm figuring that something got screwed up in memory. Thanks to responders.
  12. I have data to send back to mission control from a mystery goo experiment in a mun transfer orbit. I'm running Remote Tech and I have a connection to Mission control and two geostat satellites as relays. Trouble is, I get the usual warning about making the pod unusable but when I press the transmit button, nothing happens. Am I missing something or am I looking at a bug in my installation? Cheers
  13. Well, I removed all the sub directories and re-installed and now it's working correctly, so it looks like a mod. Will re-install one by one and see what caused it. Will post back when I do. Thanks to all responders.
  14. This is the stock radial parachute, but I tried that one already. I even tried reducing the entry cost to zero and starting a new career. I still end up requiring to research the part. Anyone know how you disable the requirement to research a particular part? I've looked at the part.cfg and can't see anything different to other stock parts that don't require the extra research.
  15. It is. Mechjeb, the soviet pack, FASA & a few others, but if memory serves, this happened before I added any mods.
  16. Many posts on this but none that match mine. I'm getting multiple instances of the radial parachute in the tech tree saying owned plus one that says 2800c. I can#t add the part to any craft and if I research the part, I get another instance of the parachute in the research tree and one still saying 2800c. Plus it's still not useable. Anyone any ideas please? Thanks in advance
