Alright, after some small mishaps (such as 2 engines being blocked by the landing gear not only wasting fuel but throwing off the center of mass vs. center of thrust), I have successfully Landed on the Mun and returned back to Kerbin safely and intact without the use of parachutes or propulsion assist:

Although there are RCS ports on the vessel, they were not needed during landing on Kerbin.
Did you had a plane and not landed on KSC runway?

get a syringe, without a needle, fill 1/3 of it with water, cover the tip with a finger and pull the plunger... water will boil because or the negative pressure... now imagine your blood doing this...

put some S.A.S modules on it... use mainsail instead of skyppers... start all engines at launch... also you can use some aspargus stages...

When I started playing KSP... First flight was a fail because I forgot to throtle up before lauching... Second flight I reached orbit and returned with a lot of fuel left... Used this same rocket to reach mun orbit and fly back...

as I researched about the problem, what happens is... the raw input code inside unity don't handle negative values... and some joystcks uses negative data... like my old Sidewinder forcefeedback 2 it's axis send this values from each axis: -255, 0, +255. Only the positive ones works...

You sure? Just about anything can land while gliding if you flare hard enough.
some trikes have a puller to release the engine...

Ah, good times were had messing with those joystick configs... 'cept not really XD
Anyway, is Squad even able to bypass Unity's derped up settings, or is it one of those things that they have to sit and wait on like 64-bit support?
It's not that hard I think... some other game that uses unity too, Lunar Lander I think, they did their own joystick support...

don't know if someone else already noticed this... but it not take Ion engines and Xenon gas into Dv calculations...
