  1. You'd think so, but even with no crash damage turned on, the parts still get destroyed.
  2. I hate to admit it, but every once in a while, VERY rarely, if I'm really not in the mood for rescue missions, I'll turn on infinite fuel for a few seconds then forget it ever happened.
  3. Many years ago a game called Poptropica was popular at my school. I was at home trying to come up with a username for it. I had just gotten back from my neighbor's house. They had just gotten a pet goat. While at my computer I was eating a lollipop. I thought "Meh, whatever". The name stuck.
  4. Every once and a while I put a probe on the final stage of a rocket to de-orbit it. But other than that I don't care about it too much. Sometimes I consider cleaning it up, but I forget about the project and move on. In one of my old saves I actually had a really close call with a bit of junk. An old transfer stage come within 500 meters of my space station.
  5. So did I, he's never left the planet... I also had Danburry Kerman a while back when I was new to the game. He was the first Kerbal to land and return from the Mun. After he died in a VTOL crash, I named my first space station after him.
  6. Kerbal Engineer is something that should've been stock a long time ago. Kerbal Alarm Clock is very convenient for running multiple missions at once and getting transfer windows right. And I honestly can't play the game without Better Atmospheres.
  7. Downloaded the Fine Print mod last night and having a ton of fun with it. Today I found the source of a data anomaly on the Mun. Afterwards I accepted a contract to build a base on the Mun. I have the core module there, but the contract requires a science module, which is having spontaneous combustion issues . Still waiting on that asteroid to reach Kerbin.
  8. My first ever Mun base. It was probably terrible my today's standards, but I was proud of it. I tried landing a small supply ship near the base, but it hit the ground too hard and broke into little pieces. I wanted a clean base, so I used Whack-a-Kerbal to clean it up. Unfortunately, I forgot how low the Mun's gravity is, and one of the Whack-a-Kerbal balls rolled into a habitation module and the scouting rover. 11 kerbals were lost that day...
  9. I'd say the most annoying thing that's ever happened to me was when I was landing my first Duna base. I was coming down on the right spot, right on the equator. It was going perfectly when suddenly the parachutes decide to become self aware and fly away, taking the fuel module with them.
