It would be really handy if we got a horizontal variant of the hitchhiker container (and lab if that will make it into KSP2). This way people can make planes and rovers out of 2.5m parts without making kerbals awkwardly sit sideways. This, alongside a 2.5m cockpit (something more aerodynamic than the cupola, more comparable to the mk1 or mk3 cockpit) would allow players to make the most out of the 2.5m part size.

I know there's already a Space X Launch Towers mod. (i actually think its amazing) but i'm wondering if someone could possibly make a 2.5m stockalike Falcon 9 strongback? Or maybe one already exists? Thanks.

This suggestion regards the rocket part revamp rumored to be planned or already started by @Porkjet for the next release. I'm surprisingly content with most of the parts as they are, but there's one in particular that I'd love to see improved. When I run out of things to put on top of a 2.5m liquid booster, the Protective Rocket Nose Cone Mk7 is a natural choice. However, there are some unpleasant things about this model visually. The bottom/outer edge has a flat section and a sharp corner The middle is a flat slope The front is a blunt curved spheroid I don't know enough about aerodynamics to argue that any of these is wrong, per se, but they do make this part look less appealing than it could. The 1.25m range of parts has a much nicer looking nosecone combo, the NCS Adapter with a Small Nose Cone on top. Its sharp point, curved middle, and smooth flush end make it look sleek and fit nicely with the adjacent part, and it would be cool to have a similar option in the 2.5m profile. The ability to fill it with fuel would be nice but not essential. Thanks for your time and consideration!

So as I've been building my latest space station, I've been streamlining it and removing the "self-flight" capability from pretty much everything and started moving more and more heavily into using tugs. Now for small, 0.625m and 1.5m things, the spider tug I got here on the forums has been a great reliable ever since 0.23.5. But with 2.5m and larger, I just don't really have good movers, so I'm trying my hand out at designing a reliable workhorse. Since it's supposed to be a tug, which basically means a space bulldozer, I slapped a great big engine with a good sized tank on it. 2.5m main docking port since that what I need it for with capability for drop tanks, but the placement of certain things like the SAS modules for stabilization and thrust burning has me a bit stumped. I dropped a bunch of radio's onto it because I really like RemoteTech, so I have a clipped/offset Communotron 16, a pair of DTS-M1's and a Communotron 88-88 for short/mid/long range comms so I can tug things all over Kerbol space. Advice/Suggestions welcome on my tug, so I can tweak it. Core Tug Tug with drop tanks Generic space station component, that my tug would be moving frequently.
