So basically I made a new instance and installed RSS/RO on it and along with a bunch of other mods like Near future construction, habtech 2, and etc. I didn't check beforehand to see if RSS/RO worked with these mods and now I'm getting this error. lmk if you need more info in comments -
I have RSSExpansion. I have RP-1. RP-1 gives RSS career support. But not RSSExpansion. So I make a mod that makes RP-1 give RSSExpansion career support. (This is a sequel to my very unfinished America: 1951, which I lost motivation to do after only 2 years ingame) Prologue: Germany fell. Joint allied and Comintern occupation of Germany. Von Braun and his men were lucky. Why? They got to US forces as opposed to soviet forces. After a year or so, Von Braun was ready to become a rocket scientist again. The twist? He was now an American rocket scientist. The year is now 1946, January first. Now, it is in their hands. Will the soviets win the space race or will the Americans? The worlds fate was in their hands. And thus begins the tale. The tale of America: 1946.

I installed a bunch of mods for RSS, however, when I start up the game, it loads completely, however it just goes to a black screen with the loading sign, and then freezes forever. Here are all my mods: (I'm still new to this, if you need any data, tell me where to get it)

I'm trying to figure out how to stop fuel boil off and i can't figure it out ive looked at forums i created a folder called zfinal and made a cfg file with this in it. @TANK_DEFINITION[*]:FINAL { @TANK,* { @loss_rate = 0 } } I named the file @TANK_DEFINITION.cfg.
