  1. I've searched forums, but I'm not sure I've seen this issue. Does anyone know why occasionally when loading into the Launch Pad from the VAB, the mouse & keyboard will become completely non-response for basic UI functions? I can still click on Unity-specific things like MechJeb or the toolbar. But the Pause Menu doesn't come up, Staging (from SPACE) does nothing. Changing between Launch Pad & Space Center or Map, etc. does not resolve. The only resolution I've found is to CTRL-ALT-DEL the game. Help!
  2. I just typed a long story about how my game is not working but the session must have timed out when I tried to post and I lost it. That's why you copy before posting. So now I'll just keep this short: I just downloaded KSP, tried to play, and the only thing that works are the flight tutorials in training. Not construction tutorials, just ones where you are flying. Everything else and the game becomes unresponsive. It loads for a few seconds before stopping on the load screen and then does nothing. I have to force quit after that. I don't know why this is happening. I have all the graphics on their default settings, so my computer shouldn't have a hard time handling it. Any help would be greatly appreciated! 3. Sometimes, after I load a saved game, KSC shows up at a vantage point near the ground by the VAB. Pressing ESC does nothing, pressing the Pause Menu button does nothing. Mod popups all work OK. I have to close and re-launch the game. Screen shot of Loading problem
  4. Downloaded via store. Launched via Launcher and KSP.app (including a test in Low Res mode and 32-bit mode). Upon launch, screen is 640x480 and all text/graphics are highly aliased. Went to settings to attempt to change size, and it is locked at Custom. Attempted full-screen mode and Accept/Apply functions do not respond. Window won't scale to allow for further attempt to change size as text is cut-off. Attempted to play Sandbox mode normal (to see if game would load beyond start screen) and after over five minutes of black screen and spinning wheel, I closed the app (via Force Quit -- KSP [not responding]). App is unplayable from a variety of perspectives. Looks like a large volume of errors in the log. Again, this is a vanilla, fresh install of the latest build downloaded at 12PM MST 4/20. Thanks! Update: Modified the settings.cfg file to change the default values (which were at 640x480). Was able to startup app with an appropriate resolution however app still crashes upon starting Sandbox requiring a Force Quit. Album: http://imgur.com/a/Lt9uZ Log:
  5. Hello fellow Kerbals . I've got a problem with my recently launched satellite! Shortly after reaching a stable orbit it went dead and I can't control it any more, I've got electricharge remaining as well as solar panels. The only mod I've got installed is Advanced-Fly-By-Wire. The satellite is controlled by a Probodobodyne OKTO for remote control and Mk1 command pod! I'm wondering if these two are causing some kind of conflict for reasons unknown. (maybe I should check the atmospheric pressure :O) As mentioned before there is electricharge left on the onboard rechargeable batteries and command pod - The Probodobodyne OKTO is left with 0 electricharge though, although the info-window (when right click on part) says it is operational. Further the darn thing is placed right on top of the battery so I'm sure the connnections are in order Do anyone have an idea why my satellite suddenly went dead?
