Tonnes.

I have:

- 1 Year 10 assignment (27 scripts)

- 1 year 9 assignment (24 scripts)

- 1 Year 8 assignment (25 scripts)

- 1 Year 7 assignment (30 posters)

As of Wednesday, I\'ll have the Year 11 exam (but thankfully I only have 6 kids in that class).

Yr 12 reports are done, which is a blessing.

So come on, kids, whine about how much school work you have . . . :)

Only needs to be 2 pages, it\'s a research paper also.

I still need to figure out a topic...

My parents are trying to get me to do it on how good apple is, they have VERY out dated knowledge of PCs so...

I could do it on Ubuntu, Microsoft, Windows or Pluto...(This would actually be my first paper on any object in space except earth.)

I\'m ridiculously far behind in History, mostly due to my depression. They say that I\'ll have to go to summer school if I don finish, which doesn\'t really help because I get more depressed every time I hear it.

In English I have a shit-ton to do because I keep missing class.

This thread is not making me happy :/

My sister had similar issues with depression. She\'s kind of grown out of it, but medication certainly helped carry her along.

I\'d have to suggest considering it. It\'s not all blah and evil like you\'re thinking, quite a bit of good came out of the whole experience

THEN, I am finished forever! I get my degree and move away for a Job.

It\'s been so long since I\'ve written a paper, I forgot that 10 pages actually isn\'t a big deal :\

I remember in grade/highschool anything over 5 pages was hell on earth, but honestly 10 pages really isn\'t that bad...It just means you get to write your mind, and actually put material inside the paper instead of

'Herp, fit 20 pages of information into a 3 page paper.'

Don\'t feel too bad! I don\'t know that either, being as how I\'m in Australia and all! :)

No, I\'m a teacher in Sydney. A great place to work.

But I have a large pile of unmarked assignments to sort out . . . :)

Almost finished with some stuff that counts as a class test in religion. Will be a D but I don\'t care about rel at all...

Hah, i still remember my religion teacher from high school, i had very 'cool' priest - whole class look\'s more like philosophical debate than ordinary lesson (and u could beat the teacher if u had nice arguments ;p) ... high school was a good time :)

Anyway what\'s really hard in school, c\'mon 8)

I really worried about / hate school only in few moments in my life:

* when i see elementary school first time - 'but, mummy i\'ts so BIG :\'('

* in third grade (elementary) when some brute (6 grade) grab my legs and put up over an staircase (u know, u can admire this all 3 floors under you and hope that this guy still grab your legs and u not fall and DIE ???)

* in middle school (between elementary and high school) where everyone hates you and u run to counselor site of building when u know that some guys want beat you severely or do other stuff...

* Physics class teacher in middle school (I liked almost every teacher i encounter in my school life but Jesus, she was a Bi***)

* When i wanted invite... someone for graduation party (or whatever it\'s called in English) and I behave like daisy (so i don\'t) :P .

* And of course when i convulsive refreshing Technical University admission web-page ::).

But after school it\'s all insignificant (comparing to real-life), really ;) . Anything more i can\'t recall...

EDIT1: Ah, noo - 'The Sorrows of Young Werther' Worst book i ever must read in school >:(.

Last Friday we were told that in two weeks, we will have end of year exams covering every single lesson... two weeks to revise... great, just great. This is also the first time my school has done something like this for my year. Why couldn\'t they wait until next year?!

Nah, but u could simply fail a year and u had enough time to learn xd.

In two/three weeks u can learn whole semester if u work really hard - trust me 8).

EDIT1: Of course, regular learning is fair more better idea.

All I got is a 5 page Research paper to get done by next week and 8 exams two weeks from now. Well only 7 since weight training all we do is max out.

Is Mr _______ (Insert my name here) good or evil? Why?'

In my class of 5, I got 1 'good', 1 'good point 5!', 2 'Both' and 1 'Evil as the very pit of hell'. Mixed feelings about my exam. :)

[1] In Australia, given that December-January happens in the Summer, it\'s convenient to have the school year matching the calendar year. So bear that in mind, all you Northern types! . . . :)

I read several books that would problably be worse (or more disturbing, some covering rape, murder, stelling, kleptomania, promsicurity and other things like that from the viewpoint of a 7 year old girl, now thats brain rape).

I just submitted my Year 10[1] exam today; Year 10 kids are about 16. The kids will be sitting the exam next week (Thursday, I think).

In New Zealand, 16 year olds are in Y11. Do australians have there first year of school at 6?
