It's called a "Gradient Flare". There are around seven default ones, and you can tweak them to your liking. (Using GIMP.)

I will still be waiting for them ok. I wish I could see the turret on top of the Tank, It just looks like a rover with sticks pointing outwards but I still like it. Please make me more I will post pictures here so that you could copy the EXACT ANGLE. I need a total copy of five (5) photos.
