Mun (Because I've always been a huge fan of the Apollo missions, and it reminds me of Earth's moon), followed pretty closely by Duna, because Mars is cool.

Planet: Kerbin. Very easy to orbit in.

Depends on what I'm doing, but in general, I'd have to say Duna.

FAR + Deadly Reentry + shallow atmosphere + low pressure makes landing here just the right amount of challenging.

Also, since i started using TAC Life Support, i make a point out of setting up a base there. Not that the base is actually doing much besides housing some kerbals, but gliding in huge supply drops to land next to the base is unbelievably satisfying.

I also like minimus as its low grav and flatlands make for excellent experimental grounds. Ion propelled rovers, mothership landings, etc.

You can blow up buildings on other planets too... you just have to put the buildings there yourself first.
