Fill up those adapters!

I've been clipping a fuel tank inside the 3.75-2.5 meter adapter, because I find it's too large to just waste that much space. And the Rockomax Brand Adapter, but the new C7 aerospace ones basically make it useless.

I'd love to see adapters become fuel tanks: if you don't need the fuel, just empty the tanks!

I agree! I know that KW Rocketry has this, but I too would like to see these become a stock thing!

The adaptors from B9 and some adaptors from Novapunch and KWrocketry do.

I agree here, it would be nice to be able to make use of the adaptors as fuel tanks and actually use the space.

I link 3.75 -> 2.5 by using a 3.75 -> Mk3 fuel tank followed by a Mk3 -> 2.5 fuel tank. It increases part count (and length) a little but works quite well and looks awesome. Consider, for example, the engine nacelles on the Voyager I:

That being said--a more complete collection of radius adapting fuel tanks would be nice!

Been asking for this for ages. Ether fill them with fuel or make them hollow so we can put stuff in them.

What about aerodynamic nose caps, should they have fuel also? If you want a hollow nose cap, I suspect that might be possible with the new fairing design.
