So I saw a friend of mine playing this silly rocket launching game a while back and asked what it was. "Kerbal Space Program" he replies "but you should check out this guy on YouTube playing it". He proceeds to link me to Scott Manley's account and I stumble upon interstellar quest. The first few episodes were entertaining enough for me to watch as I sit at my desk job during the night shift, but after a while it just plain fascinates me. Months later and The Manley wraps up IQ and I take the dive and buy KSP.

I've been lurkering the forums for a couple weeks now and playing about 30 hours a week since I started playing and I can finally be happy that I'm no mere newb anymore, just not very good

I never got into Interstellar Quest, but the few episodes that I saw were amusing.

I've been with Interstellar quest since day 1. It's was so sad to see the effects of the NaNo virus take over at the end, but at least there's still hope for Kerbal kind.
