Are you looking for player-made parts that will fill-in and let you make a Dash 8 Q400 or are you looking for a craft file with only stock parts?

I don't see how you could mean the first if you are looking for 'stock' and I don't see how you could want the second if you are looking for anything anywhere near or resembling enough.

Well ... building a stock twin turboprop isn't very hard. Just a lot of work and a lot of parts.
