MrMadGameplay Posted May 7, 2012 Share Posted May 7, 2012 Hey guys, as you can see from the image below, I made a Satellite type ship using mods, and it has a docking port on the nose. I have it in perfect orbit but now I want to get another one up to it and dock. Is there a mod that I can use to get it right next to my Satellite? because doing in by hand is extremely hard and almost impossible for me Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It is an added feature that is not in the 'Vanilla' game yet. I think it is on the wiki.Is there a mod that I can use to get it right next to my Satellite?...Yes, Mechjeb is your best bet....because doing in by hand is extremely hard and almost impossible for me You may eventually have to use the controls. Nova (of NovaSilsko) is making a docking camera. Nibb31 Posted May 7, 2012 Share Posted May 7, 2012 2 different things:- Rendez-vous- DockingRight now, you can rendez-vous manually using the multiple methods that are covered in the 'How To' section of the forum. It\'s not necessarily hard, but it can take quite a while. The MechJeb or RinComp plugins help, but it can be done without them. There will be no docking cam from Nova.Docking is not supported yet.
