Welcome to the forums! :)

As this sounds like it's a technical issue, I'm moving this over to our Support forums. Do you think you could provide a few extra details for us, as noted in our Support and Bug Report Thread? The more information you can provide us, the quicker we can get started on figuring out exactly what's going wrong. You may also find our thread for Known Issues and Self-Help to be useful.

Hope you get your issues sorted out!

Yes, specifically if you can provide the log files that would help a lot in us helping you fix your problem. (The logs are outlined in the stickies Specialist mentioned.)

Welcome to the forums! :D

Cheers,

~Claw

I'm wondering if you're using the latest WHQL-approved (or at least officially released) drivers for your graphics card. The latest Intel drivers for the Aspire 4720Z on the Acer website (at least the European section) are v7.14.10.1409, however you're using v7.14.10.1436. The latest drivers for the 965 Express family of GPUs for Vista 32 bit on Intel's website are v15.12.4.1666, and should be available here.

I'm not sure if this will fix the problem or not, but the last lines of your output log do seem to suggest something very wrong going on with the GPU. I'd also suggest turning any detail level options in the game right down, as the 965 Express chipset is old, and wasn't all that much of a "gaming" chipset when it was new.

This thread is quite old. Please consider starting a new thread rather than reviving this one.
