Is there anyway to accurate get the High and Low orbit op a stellar body in KSP? It need to work with all avialble scales. Are there any guidelines I can use?

Low orbit would go from the atmosphere, if it's there, to the threshold, and high orbit goes from the threshold to the edge of the SOI.
