Welcome aboard! As far as I know, there are no mods that allow for such depth in IVA, but I do heartily agree, it would make the game much better. However, many people, myself included, are in agreement that the coding for such a mod or official feature would be fairly difficult if not impossible. I'm sorry, but I don't think it's going to happen.
