Docking and IR is a known issue. Please read through main IR thread for possible workarounds.

Hi,

Just a quick note to let you know i added a feature in the scripting module i developed for MechJeb.

With the latest version, you can run an IR sequence from a script action in MechJeb. It means for example you can use the MechJeb Ascent Guidance and then automatically deploy something using IR Sequencer when you are in orbit.

This is cool! Let me know if you need any help with understanding Sequencer's code.

Hi, 

I've been struggling ever since 1.2...

Can someone please help with a couple of issues please:-

1) None of my IR works, and I'm pretty sure its because I need to disable auto strutting, but for the devil of me i don't know how - can someone please point me in the right direction.

2) No matter what order i install packs in, i can't get the icon up for the sequencer, please help

Go to Main Menu -> Settings

On the first tab (General) find this tick box named "Advanced Tweakables" and enable it (it's between Camera Wobble settings and Default Throttle).

This will allow you to enable/disable built-in auto strutting.

Sequencer icon should pop-up once you put at least one IR part on your vessel. This was done to declutter the Launcher Bar.

Hmm... Post a screen shot of your GameData/MagicSmokeIndustries folder and upload your KSP.log somewhere (dropbox/mega) and post a link

@ziw Thanks for that. Its bizarre, I've got the content of your 1.0.2 IR sequencer in the magicSmokeIndustries folder ontop of a 2.0.7 IR install - do i have do anything else?

Re-installed again and it started working, @ziw thanks ever so much for your help (and your mod)

Pre-release is already available to test. Although it could still have issues. So, use it at your own risk, have some fun, report any issue found or just wait a bit longer until proper release.

Right, thanks for the reply. I'm guessing one of those issues is related to KJR? I'd also like to add some feedback on the ui, when working with really heavy designs, the ui resets scroll position when doing changes to the order of IR parts, which can be frustrating when working in above 300 parts environment where it freezes a bit in every change.

Just to clarify, what scroll position gets changed - in main IR or in Sequencer? Do you change parts on the ship, or just reorder them in the IR's UI?

Both. Not changing parts at all, just the position of Servos in and out of groups. With Sequencer, it resets when putting in a new command.
