Jettison Extraneous Resources

Hi,

Was hoping there might be a mod that would do this, but I would like to be able to jettison extra resources.

Example: bringing a spaceplane with a RAPIER engine back to kerbin, and jettisoning unnecessary oxidizer to help with CoM.

I know a little bit of C#, so I might make a mod myself that adds this function, but any chance anyone's done this already?

I believe Ship Manifest allows you to dump resources (by type or from specific tanks).

One thing I forgot to mention, though: I'd prefer it not be attached to some other giant RAM-hogging mod. Ship Manifest doesn't look too bad, but IMO, the smaller the better.

Most single part mods will take up more RAM than any mod without parts.

Smart Parts has a fuel valve to drain excess resources. I heavily use the altimeter and timer parts.
