No technical Data in right-click window

Recommended Posts

Simple issue.

The window that pops up to show how much fuel is in a component or electric charge, etc....it does not show temperature data or anything technical.

All the streamers running 1.0 have that data, and none are modded, so it would be nice to know what I need to do to get it.

Thanks in advance.

Please see the support stickies Friend Bear, we'll need your game logs :)

Oh right, just a minute.

I kinda just assumed it was a simple taggle in settings somewhere.

In fact, Sal...

I'm gonna have to ask you to move this to modded installs or delete it and I can restart it there. Because I thought it was a simple enough question, I was hastey in logging it here.

Thank you for the move and thank you for the fast response. I agree, I have no idea what would be causing it. I am clicking on stock parts but only the basic info is accessible, e.g. - fuel, take science data (if goo or something), etc.

None of the technical decimal form data of heat potentials etc.

Did the coub thing and already forgot how to screenshot. I will see if I can show you what I mean. Its not buggy...just missing stuff I thought would be default.

Here are three pics. I realize the first two are prelaunch, but its the same thing anywhere.

Sorry they aren't shrunk...WAAAYY too lazy for that - but enjoy eyefinity!

Those were terrible. I thought the resolution would stay. Here is a cut out one. This is the most info I would get but its the normal amount of info in previous versions:

Perhaps silly question, but did you go to the Alt-F12 menu (Debug Toolbar) then Physics then Thermal and click "Show Thermal Data" ? That's how you turn in on.

Incredibly silly!

But yeah probably something I didn't do. Let me hop on fast and diagnose.

That was it!!!

Thank you for that input. I never realized that would be there. I really appreciate it gents.
