Please Add Fuel Cell Toggle

Please add a "toggle" option in the fuel cell commands that are bindable to action groups. I'm a dunce at modding or I'd do it myself, but it should be a fairly simple thing to add, yes? As it is I need to waste two action groups for activate/deactivate commands when a simple toggle would be much preferred.

Yes, this really needs to happen, such a waste of an action group. Toggles for starting/stopping the drill (it only has toggle for deploy/retract) and each mode for the ISRU would be nice too.

I'm not the greatest expert on the KSP API, but I bet I could make a mod for that, at least until Squad puts it in stock because it really should be.

Not sure what you mean, it doesn't change anything in the way the fuel cell works. It just adds a toggle option to the action group list.
