Take specific data

I have a MP lab with full data and lots of spare samples to process in the future (Minmus is overpowered). I would like to return the already processed stuff back to Kerbin but leave the stuff that can still be processed in the lab.

Is there a way? I can't seem to find a way.

I would say simply process all the stuff and then send it back, I don't know of a way to do what you wish to do but I'll just leave this here in the hoper of learning something new.

once you've processed the data, send a kerbal out on EVA and take the data from the experiment, then store it in a crew compartment (i.e. the science lab). If you have a scientist to reset the experiments, this means that you only need one of each experiment, and can just keep re-using said experiment by taking the data and resetting it.

To send the data back to kerbin, send a recovery craft with a crew compartment (doesn't need to be manned, you just need the crew component), have the kerbal on your base do another EVA, take the data from the crew compartment, move the kerbal to the recovery craft, place the data in the recovery craft's crew compartment, then get the kerbal back to your mun base.

The data is now in your recovery craft, so you can lift off and return the craft to kerbin and get the data.

EDIT: oh, you meant surface samples, not experiments like goo. never mind, then.
