Anyone else having problems with 'warp to next manuver'?

I actually registered just to bring this one up:

I've now lost not one, but two manned Mun orbit missions to this option. The first one, I'd planned out a perfect aerobraking reentry into Kerbin from Mun orbit, told it to warp me to my final burn just after leaving Mun orbit. The timeskip then didn't pause when the mun caught back up with me in it's orbit, did a recapture into a crash trajectory, and then ate me, all at 1000x timeskip. None of this had been indicated until it was too late to save the mission, and the timeskip didn't drop back down to a usable timeframe (presumably because it was warping me to my next node).

The second time I lost a mission to this, I'd just completed my burn for orbital insertion into a low Mun flyby, with a circularization burn planned out. Told it to warp me to that node, then remembered there was some 'high in space' science I wanted to grab on my way out, so I hit escape. Suddenly, without any burns involved at all, I'm now no longer on anywhere near the same trajectory. Instead of being into an orbital insertion for a 22km orbit around the Mun, I'm now at an apo of 8 million km above Kerbin... and the game still says I have a node burn into a circular 22km orbit, even though my actual trajectory won't go anywhere near it!

Anyone else experiencing this, or do I just need to reinstall. I'm running zero mods, clean install.

I've had it repeatedly (though not intentionally reproduceably) blow straight past my "warp-to" point. This may be more prevalent with warp-to-maneuver, but I've had it zip right past just warping to a selected point on the orbit, too (usually if I'm warping to "a bit before ascending node" or something). It's not all the time, but it's hit often enough to be an irritant.

Yeah, I've had it blow right past the "warp-to" point. Seems like it happens most often when I'm in a fly-by orbit and I want to burn retro at the periapsis.

I'm not having the issues described above, however it does seem to freeze the ship/planetary/resource info in map view, along with the stock toolbar. (Not responding to clicks)

This. It's crazy annoying. You can't click anything while using the auto warping !

Also, i had this problem where the autowarp didnt stop when i hit escape ! it stopped by itself seconds (or days, because it was x10000) later

My suspicion, which I haven't risked a Mun landing to confirm, is that this happens when you have your focus centered on the planet rather than your spacecraft.

I saw this happen many times to different streamers during the launch marathon. Most of the warping problems seem to happen when you select the option from a point further away in the orbit from your maneuver node. I haven't used it too much (haven't even landed at Mun yet), but I have yet to encounter this bug.

I really hope this is fixed soon, as it is a very troublesome bug.

Tentative confirmation here. This seems to make it happen more often.

I'm not sure whether this has happened to me or whether it's mis-clicking on my part. Either way, it's annoying. Still, I do admit it's easier than setting up an alarm in KAC, and I find myself relying on KAC much less than I used to.
