Yikes. If you only saw the KSP clip (and you didn't know better) you'd say, well, physics engines in games do come up with some funny glitches sometimes... but holy moley, it happens in real life too!!!

It's this kind of thing that really makes a physics simulating game impressive. Maybe KSP doesn't simulate newton balls perfectly, but accurate rotational spin is something I marvel at. Nicely done SQUAD :).

btw, I'm a bit late to say this but we should really be raving about NVidia, who actually made the physics engine KSP uses. I'm pretty sure SQUAD didn't write the part that makes this happen.

We can still say they're awesome though ;)
