New Framerate Problems in 0.15

Back in 0.14.4, I would always have the worst framerates in the VAB, but in flight it would be smooth. Now in 0.15, I have no issues in the VAB or SPH, but it is far worse than ever before during flight. Why is this?

I can\'t use the planes unless I look at the sky but the assembly buildings run amazingly.

I believe there have been improvements to the textures, especially with the expansions made to the KSC. Once the kinks are ironed out it should smooth out again. In the meantime you can just trim some settings down if it gets to slideshow quality. I\'ve been keeping mine down since my video card doesn\'t seem to like widescreen monitors, and the graphics still look dang sexy.

Same problems for me. I used to be fine outsid ethe VAB, But now, I get 10fps while below 80,000 Meters.

Go into your settings.cfg, scroll down, and change your OceanPQS maxdistance variable to 2 or 3 or so.
