Minmus mining percentage

Hello fellow Kerbinauts. I cannot figure out what the best ore deposit percentage is on Minmus. The best I can find is 8.98%. Is that good? I might try scanning Duna and the Mun to see if I can find a higher concentration. I have narrowed down the concentrations with the analyzer, but want to make sure I'm not missing a 15% or 20% node. Thanks!

Bonus question: Are certain planets more likely to have high ore concentrations? Which ones should I plan an ore refinery on and what % should I be looking for.

The theoretical maximum is 15%, but 10% is quite good. I would be happy with 8.98 myself.

Don't know about the different planets. I'm pretty sure it's all random.

Thanks 5thHorseman. Much appreciated. I didn't know the max was 15%. Good to know. I of course want to spend my time mining at the most efficient spot that I can find.

Theoretical max. There may not be any place on Minmus (or any other planet) that reaches 15%, or even breaks 10%.
