On-screen protractor? Automatic camera placing behind an aircraft? Realistic crashes? Lose chutes?

Does anyone know any mods that:

  1. Draw a protractor on screen or provide any other means to know an angle between two points of space relative to the main body?
It's a little annoying to build RemoteTech networks using just an eye or a silly "credit card to the screen" method. All I need to know is often the exact angle between some point (KSC) and a point on orbit where I'm going to place a maneuver node.
  2. Put camera automatically in a "locked view" mode and strait behind on a vessel loading if the vessel is an airplane.
  3. Track crashes into the ground and water and make kerbals realistically die if the crash was too hard.
Now I can perform a reentry with a pair of crew pods, turn them to have maximum drag on descent and fall down at about 100 m/s in the lower atmosphere. When they hit the ground the pods don't explode and the crew survives (Deadly Reentry was used)
  4. Lose chutes on excessive speed or heat like it was before.
Damn, we can have a hell of a hot reentry with 1700K heating at 1500 m/s when the metal starts burning, but still deploy (Real)chutes there and be fine. I want them burn and tear apart.
